Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Worth a visit! Burgers had unique flavours, thoroughly delicious, K-Fries went down a treat. Very impressed by the Sparkling Iced Strawberry Tea & Brown Sugar Milk tea. Service was friendly and prompt. Highly recommended overall.

I visited here with 3 others on a Saturday around lunch time. They have tried these burgers before and loved them so I was hoping I would too. But I really didn't see what all the fuss was about. I had the fried chicken burger...(I don't like to much spice so they kindly put the glaze to one side) In doing this I didn't realise the sauce inside was also spicy. I could defiantly handle it though wasn't to bad but it wasn't that that let it down it was the chicken I felt it was small in size and didn't feel fresh not to sure if I had a bad piece but it felt dry and chewy. I really didn't expect this for a $16 burger. In saying this all my friends rate it and maybe its just not for me. Although I did get a chance to taste the beef which was actually really tasty so maybe if I was to return I would go for the beef option. The fries were good with the sesame sauce. My rating is high because I respect my friends all love it :)More

This is one of those places I keep choosing because of it’s vegetarian and vegan options. Cool place to bring friends. Not as expensive as others.

We came here because we saw one of their burgers was listed as "the best in Auckland". We tried two unique burgers and really enjoyed them - but admittedly we probably wouldn't go back again having a burger fuel near us (same quality, cheaper in...price).More

Tiger burger pls try it if you are around Grey lane Robinson street Auckland , try the kimchi burger it was one of the best burgers I have tasted ever .Went down very well with the New Zealand red apple cider ( am not a...beer or cider drinker but I really like the New Zealand cider after first trying it on the hobbit movie set ) .It cost about NZD 25 for a burger and a cider beer without fries . Feedback - dear management pls consider having WIFi in your restaurant , apart from being a way to communicate with other guest incase of a group outing , it’s also a way to do some work done while having dinner it’s also an inexpensive way to keep touch for tourists . I liked the restaurant vibe nice hip song playing nice polite staff nice atmosphere. I would definitely comeback for a kimchi burger it’s succulent very tasty loved it .Highly recommendable. The staff have the best customer service . Just realised I should have reviewed this earlier on - I had written my review then just procrastinated and forgot to postMore

Thi is one of those places that is less than the sum of it's parts, not more. Here's the rub in total. Burgers by their very nature must be satisfying. THese are not, but they taste great !.. however.. I go in there , Sunday...afternoon... $26 for a beer and a burger.. Beer is small ( good though), and burger ( the Kimcheeze Burger) tasted pretty good but a) was not a kimchi, more like a slawcheese, as completely lacked the famed and wondrous fire and garlic of kimchi, and this place is supposed to be a Korean twist joint. and b).. was miniscule. the meat pattie btw, was excellent, so there's a point. I finish my beer ( APA, 250ml at max, $9 !?!!) and am still seriously hungry and thirsty. OK, I'll give these guys another go... have a somethingorother with cheese ( $16; "our best burger" says TigerGirl. )... again, underbloodywhelming both in size and collective joy-of-consumption. .. so... another $24 ("happy hour , beer $2 off !, whoopie !) ... Summary?; $48 for a lunch adequate for your average Joe. What? if you want nice but nothinspecial flavours and are on a radical weight loss diet at high prices, this is the place . If you want a decent feed and a beer for under $40... don't . Sorry TIger.. I see what you're getting at, but get a grip.. it's about feeding people not just "looks groovey on the menu" . And if you say "kimchi"... make it kimchi, eh? Cheers. I won't be back.More

We loved the vegan options at this restaurant. The tofu burger has the most amazing peanut sauce, and the crunch on the soft burger buns is perfect. Fries were slightly overdone for me, but liked the small portion option. Would def recommend.

Ordered the pork belly burger, Kimcheese Burger, Chicken burger, fries and sesame mayo. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Love the mayo dipping sauce / makes a nice change from aioli. Buns and coleslaw were so fresh. Pork belly burger was especially tasty with pineapple...mayo and jalapeños working so well together. One of the best burger places.More

It wasn't too hard to find this place, just keep a look out for a golden tigers head in the shop front. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, they cleared away a table near the kitchen so I could take it since it was...more comfortable than the one that was empty. Plenty of tables on the inside area by the bar and they also had a covered outdoor area in the back. Even though they were fairly busy it wasn't too hard to get someones attention to order. The seoulful bites came out first, crunchy fried chicken with a sweet chili sauce and mayo. I had the Old Boy burger with the beef patty and pulled pork. Both dishes were really tasty. While I was eating, it was the waiter noticed that my drink hadn't come yet so he went to sort it out. The rosey tiger is really nice especially if you like yoghurt/milky drinks. I had the mango float for dessert and that was also really nice, although it could've done with a bit more of a mango flavour. Nice place with good food and great service.More

Great location and easy to get to. Awesome spicy chicken here and friendly service. Good value for burgers and fusion style sides. $85 for 4 pple including drinks and burgers , fries and sides, we left full and content. Tip.. ask for seating at rear,...there is more room than up front, just beware that there is only 1 shared toilet.More
