Excellent restaurant, great six course dinner with wonderful wine pairing. Small dining room, which is wonderful, no noise. On par with one star Michelin restaurants around the world.

Hi there, thank you very much for your kind words! We look forward to seeing you again!
Quite honestly our all time favourite restaurant in Auckland. Dined here at least 7 times over the years and not once been disappointed. The main highlight is the food, which is different every time, and handled with such style and care. The wine paring is...interesting and guaranteed to surprise. Service is impeccable and attentive. Shout out to our recent meal with Ben and Thomas attending to our table and helping create yet another memorable evening.More

Hi there, thank you so much for your kind words. Awesome to hear you enjoyed your Anniversary dinner with us! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
It had been a few years since my last visit to Paris Butter and expectations were high after having a great experience previously. My partner and I booked the six course degustation for her birthday and from the moment we were greeted until the moment...we left, the entire evening was absolutely top notch. The wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was other-worldy and the drinks were amazing, with a really great wine menu in particular. Well done team for providing one of the best dining experiences we've ever had.More
Hi Ryan, Thank you so much for your kind words! Awesome to hear you had a wonderful experince on such a special occasion. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
This was a splurge for us on our last night after a three-week holiday in Australia and New Zealand, and we were disappointed. We had the Evolution menu, a six-course meal. The presentations were beautiful, and the dishes were good - but not out-of-this-world magnificent....Which is what I would have hoped for when spending $464 NZ on a meal.More
We’re so sorry to hear that you felt this way. Our goal is to provide creative New Zealand dining and we’re so disappointed that we didn’t hit the mark for your experience. If you have any specific feedback on how we can improve we’d love...More
The food was some of the best I have had, if not the best. First course was 3 small bites, with flavours that just popped and filled your mouth with wanting more. Bread was delivered by an amazing gentleman (Thomas) who was new and was...just delightful. The bread is freshly made, super fresh with home made butters. The chef came out multiple times to explain the food we were eating including the most amazing Wagu farmed in the Waikato region. We had wine pairing and each glass was expertly explained by the sommelier (Ben) and paired perfectly with the food. Wrapped up with amazing dessert and dessert wine pairing. Would we go back? 110% and are booked to go back again in February. Amazing team, amazing head chef (Zennon) and amazing restaurant with amazing atmosphere. Highly recommended.More
Thank you so much for such for leaving us a review. Awesome to hear our team looked after you well. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.
One of the finest spots in New Zealand. Food is amazing, the service is top notch, tbh, there isn’t much thing I can criticize
We visited Paris Butter for lunch on a Friday. We had the place to ourselves, and ended up having the most outrageously luxurious, sumptuous, heavenly experience. The service was outstanding - friendly and welcoming but not intrusive or overbearing. The food was out of this...world - quite simply the best food we've ever had. We had the Evolution six course menu. Each course was packed with layers of flavour and texture. The presentation was beautiful, with each dish looking like a work of art almost far too pretty to eat. Art for the eyes and the taste buds. We're just amateur foodies, but we marveled at the consideration, and superlative skill that had gone into the dishes to make them so incredibly delicious. A real Epicurean experience, and we can't wait to go back.More
Still my favourite restaurant in Auckland, and the competition around here is tough. We enjoyed an amazing 7 (8?) course dinner when Paris Butter collaborated with Sorrell, a Michelin starred restaurant based in San Fransisco. The two fine dining establishments complemented each other perfectly and...it was one of the best meals of my life!. The staff were a delight, as always, the food very well thought about and exquisitely well presented, not to mention absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a dinner at Paris Butter, you will not regret it!More

Fabulous meal celebrating our brother's 50th recently at Paris Butter yesterday evening. We had the 6 course degustation menu and it was amazing- all the dishes beautifully prepared and presented. It was a very enjoyable experience. We look forward to coming again.

Took my husband here for his birthday. We both really enjoyed the whole 6 courses. Amazing service, refined food. Definitely was worth the visit :)

An amazing dinner once again at the very special Paris Butter. We had the 3 courses which actually is more like 6 with the snacks, trats and add ons. This is not my first time here and it never fails to disappoint. Wonderful service, engaging...knowledgeable staff and some of the most delicious and innovative food being offered at the moment. Not to be missed.More
Hi Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for your kind words. We are so glad you enjoyed your dining experience and hope to see you again soon.
Dropped $500 on wine plus tip. Somme treated us like we didn’t know anything about wine. Never let us taste the fresh bottles they opened. Service was crap. Chef came out to tell us we were standing too close to the front door and preventing...people from leaving. Blocked on Insta and FB for leaving a negative review. I’m back in town and will be revisiting. Pretty sure I’ll be treated the same last time was there. They only want a certain clientele. Don’t waste your money. I’m only going back to see if anything’s changed.More
