We stayed at Agriturismo De Bortoli with a couple of friends who had never been to the Euganean Hills. Intrigued by the great reviews, we decided to try this place... and expectations were not disappointed!
We divided two appetizers, a first and a second, thus tasting more dishes on the menu. Honourable mention to pumpkin dumplings, served with a special off-menu dressing made with goose and poplars: a simply delicious dish, with balanced and intense flavors.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the service courteous and attentive, and the quality of the raw materials is felt in every course. Perfect for those looking for genuine and tasty cuisine in the Euganean Hills. We will definitely be back!

Excellent seasonal dishes from the area, kindness in the service and the owner already on the phone. Outside a beautiful summer garden with olive trees, roses... under the Euganean hills, a stone's throw from Abano Terme. Inside, a warm environment with exposed beams and the dishes were also beautiful. I went there for the first time because they had recommended it to me for my daughter's birthday and we were all satisfied so much so that I hope to return to taste the risottos (scheduled for themed evenings because they are not provided on Sundays usually). We celebrated the christening of our baby at the restaurant and were very happy with the quality, service and availability.
The food was all very good, the waiters always available at every request.
Mr. Gianluca followed us from the organization of the event to the day of the party with professionalism and ready to our every request.

We celebrated our wedding in mid-September. Given the important occasion we went to the restaurant at different times to try various dishes. Our wedding day exceeded our expectations. Gianluca, Elisa and all the staff were super kind and helpful. The fabulous environment both outside and inside as always. The dishes were prepared and presented impeccably. The delicious cake. We were very happy, our guests also expressed their appreciation. I had some vegetarian guests who liked it and one guest who could only eat smoothies, they carefully blended every single dish, they were super kind. We recommend it and will return soon.

I celebrated my daughter's communion/confirmation, all the guests were enthusiastic about both the food and the place. The location is very beautiful with windows and a large garden. I chose this farmhouse to celebrate my birthday with my friends.
The staff was very helpful and kind both during the organization and during the service. Some guests had particular dietary needs and the staff created an ad hoc menu for them... honestly, I have never found so much attention for these situations!
Last but not least, the place is welcoming, in a beautiful place, quiet and with green space outside which, on a sunny day like the one we had, allowed us to spend some time outdoors in company. !

The last Bridge of the Dead of the friends of Padua took me to this place that, immediately, already outside (you want for the pleasant and well-kept garden, which for the large and convenient parking, etc.) gave me the idea of being a place of high excellence. After two dinners that were good, two terrible dinners.
Evening full of mosquitoes because they hadn't done any treatment. We ordered three grilled Sorana ribs and the freshly seared veal arrived with a lot of liquid after 1 and a half hours. Also a hefty bill!

Going to eat at De Bortoli is always a guarantee, we have been relying on them for family occasions for years now. Gianluca and his wife are fantastic people, welcoming and always super helpful. What can I say about the menu, everything is always super good and with quality products. We went with friends and family and everyone was delighted with the place, the hospitality and the excellent dishes. The pear and cheese risotto was the TOP. We will definitely see you again soon.

We went today for our baby's baptism.
We ate divinely, from the appetizers, to the first courses, second courses, side dishes and dessert.
Well prepared dishes, top quality ingredients, all the guests were very satisfied and complimented us.
Impeccable service, every time we asked for something the waiters were always available and very courteous.
Splendid location, we were in the room with the window and the view of the outdoor garden is beautiful.
Wines on the table, from their cellar, I am told are very good.

The restaurant is very nice and the staff friendly and helpful, however the cuisine intended as conception of the dishes leaves something to be desired and fails to give you a gastronomic experience of satisfaction unfortunately. Many dishes lack attention to presentation and flavor to enhance the dish. Recommendation to the kitchen to review several things in the way they propose dishes. A happy discovery during a Sunday with family and friends. We ate the classic Venetian specialties but well made compared to many trattorias in the area.
The first courses and the milk boar are very good. Very good side dishes. Above all you can enjoy cuisine cooked with the right amount of oil and seasonings.
