I stopped in for a coffee on the way through to Reefton this morning. It was toasty and warm inside. I ordered a takeaway coffee and had a yarn to the owners young daughter while I was waiting. She was lovely. I will definitely be...back. And had I not just eaten I would have definitely ordered some food, as whatever was cooking smelled devine! Would recommendMore

We stayed here in their Airbnb accommodation which was lovely. We are an early dinner at the café & it was really tasty. Great friendly service & really delicious food which was good value. Would definitely stop there again on our way through.

We stopped in for lunch on our way home from Nelson. The atmosphere was nice, the cafe and bathrooms were clean. The service was lovely. We ordered a chicken and cranberry burger and a rib eye burger. They were in front of us in roughly...ten minutes which we were pleased by and both the presentation and flavour were incredible! So delicious and we'll priced for what is served. We will definitely be stopping here again when passing by. I highly recommend this cafe.More

We were really looking forward to brunch/lunch at Reid's Store as we don't get to travel this way often. We were not disappointed in any way; it was terrific. I'm vegetarian and when the chef heard me mention this he offered to modify any of...the items on the menu to suit me. The "bacon and eggs" became avocado, poached eggs, a very tasty potato rosti and their superb home baked bread. I loved it! The staff were friendly, very helpful, service was very prompt and the surroundings really lovely. My husband enjoyed his meal and coffee too. Many thanks. We'll be back as soon as we're able.More

I have been here a few times since the beginning of the year so took my wife here on our way back from a stay at Maruia Hot Springs. We both had a coffee and their bacon and egg pie, which was served with a...very tasty side salad that included some potato and dressing. The pie had beautiful flaky pastry, and it is the best bacon and egg pie I have ever eaten in New Zealand - a really pleasant surprise, On previous visits their other offerings have been really good as well. It is right on the main highway and the décor inside is very homey and warm, and it should not be missed, Will definitely be back.More

Great stop near springs junction. Lovely food with friendly staff. Had a breakfast burger- beautifully cooked eggs and bacon in a scone. Great vibe inside. Would visit a lot more if it was nearer to where I live! Very recommended!

Great little cafe, it feels like in the middle of nowhere. Always popular because of the wonderful food, very tasty and we presented. Love the old fashioned items used to decorate the indoor seating area.

We called in for a coffee and were very impressed by the friendly staff and the beautiful food on offer in the cabinets. The premises are decorated with everyday items from yesteryear which added to the interest. Great coffee also.
