Terrible place. 1 hour and still hungry. The smell was like in the old beer bar, the cooker was sitting in the middle of the bar, when we came in, everybody was looking to us like aliens, even we are europeans. After some time women...in English asked if we would like to seat and to get some food, we said yes, but unfortunatly finally the cooker decide, that the kitchen is closed at the moment and we cannot get any food. Actually we tuned from the way to get into this terrible and somehow trip advased like ‘perfect’ place to eat. ZERO RECOMENDATIONS FOR TRAVELERS.More

This place very simply reminded me of family except the food was so much better. The salami melted in your mouth and the chicken liver pate was yummy. The clam risotto was out of this world. We had the steak for two... cooked perfectly and...so much food. I've eaten well I. Italy but left full, enjoyed my vino, and was happy walking out the door. I highly recommend!More

I can't say enough about Janet, Erica and Marco. The food is the real deal. The ossobuco melts in your mouth. One night a veal steak and another the t-bone. Great service, nice little unexpected perks. The desert wine with biscotti was a great way...to end a meal, as was espresso with sambuca. We went there one night and came back two nights later. It was so nice to be welcomed by name when we returned. Should we ever return to Florence we will most definitely return to Trattoria Angiolino.More

We enjoyed our meals so much that we dinned here 2 nights in a row. The Florentine steak is devine and was a highlight of our stay in Florence. The wait staff are lovely - happy to take photos for us and have a laugh...at our attempted Italian. We took friends here the following night and we all enjoyed the experience. Prices are very reasonable considering the high level of service and quality food and wine. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truely Italian experience and expecting quality food. Thank you to the lovely staff for making these dining experiences so enjoyable.More

Small locale and very traditional Tuscan fare. Large choices on the menu from pecora to cinghiale. They even serve their parmigiano risotto in the actual cheese form at the table. Nice touch. Nice people. The stew was good but not exceptional. The crostini were 4...small squares at a euro each. Kind of steep for tiny crostini but seriously I don't think people go there for their crostini. Not very expensive and pretty full even at lunch on a rainy day in October. Recommend it for a quick lunch.More

We've eaten at Angiolinos many times but it's been 5 years since our last visit and we were surprised and concerned to find that the original staff and the interior of the restaurant had changed. We were half expecting to be disappointed with our food...but not at all...it was truly delicious. It's a busy place still so advisable to book ahead. The kitchen is as it always was, open to the restaurant, the staff know what they doing and are very efficient. Delightful.More

Enjoyed a fantastic lunch here. Good atmosphere and Italian decor. Open kitchen too so nice to see the chef cooking. Would recommend sharing the mixed antipasti to start... forced us to try some delicious meats we perhaps wouldn't have chosen..!

Lovely authentic restaurant - beautifully in keeping with the building/area. The waiter we had was amazing, made it a memorable evening and the food was delicious. Definitely go here!

This was such a fun experience! Our waiter, Marco, was an astounding waiter and made our meal so much fun. We tried Tuscan cheeses, meats, and different wines all by suggestion. We got cake for dessert for Marco's birthday (not even our own). Super great...and wonderful value. I highly suggest.More
