Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great cafe for lunch. I had a healthy salad. Not over priced. Generous serve. Lots of bread options on display as well as scones and muffins. There is also a menu. Friendly, helpful staff. Light, airy and clean cafe. Toilets included. Definitely eat here again.

We had two Eggs Benes, the Pork Belly & the Bacon & Rocket... Both fabulous and delicious! The service was polite and friendly. The prices were very reasonable for what is expected now.... The portion sizes were good - sustained me the whole day!! - Have added photos!😁👍 The only negative was the coffee ok, not terrible just ok & not as hot as we both like it. Otherwise will be venturing back to try the Bibimbap & the Mince on Toast!! The cabinet options looked great too!

Absolutely stunning location ! Peaceful & tranquil setting with an awesome lily pond & spacious, light & modern restaurant facilities. Food was delicious !! Shame we were a bit too late for lunch & could only order bar snacks.

I went to the Glasshouse Cafe today. The service was appalling. When I asked for the salmon and they said there was none left. I asked if they could swap for bacon instead. The cook/chef if you could call her this snapped and said the dont do swaps. I order about 4 things on the extra menu one of was poached eggs and they werent very nice. Also the earl grey tea which I ordered came without milk. It came with extra hot water but was delivered to the table in a small glass bottle which was extremely hot. Extremely bad service. I would never go here again.

Stopped in at the Glasshouse for breakfast while I waited for Hand clinic appointment (have to arrive early or you don't make appointments these days with traffic being so bad!) I was pleasantly surprised. The music, decor, and atmosphere was lovely and the poached eggs perfect. Perfect spot to get some morning work done over breakfast.

After seeing that this was recommended on the urban list I thought it would have been worth it but wow was I disappointed. Arrived with a friend and we both ordered with a couple ordering close behind us with similar options. We sat down without being provided a table number so trusted they must remember orders pretty well. Wrong. Saw two dishes come out to the couple that ordered after us, one dish went back into the kitchen and suddenly arrived at our table for my friend. Obviously now the couple sitting there had my meal as well but I waited patiently for my late meal to arrive. When it did, it had some hot sauce and chills in the scrambled eggs that I never ordered. It was disgusting. I didnt eat it. The coffee was average as well. I would normally feel comfortable asking for the meal I had actually ordered but the lady taking orders couldnt speak much english so it made ordering difficult. I thought the cafe had a nice vibe until the finger family nursery rhyme started playing through their music system followed by hallelujah and that vibe went straight out the window. I was so disappointed. It was my first time out for brunch in what feels like months and I finally got to head out to meet a friend without my toddler in tow and it was terrible. It's a no from me with this one. Food gross, service awkward and music painful.

A little difficult to find, but quite a hidden gem. Met a group from work here for a celebratory breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The cafe is open for breakfast and lunch only. Has convenient parking lot. Lots of coffee and tea choices plus smoothies. Had the Berry blast made with blueberries, yogurt, ginger and almond milk. It was thick and delicious. The breakfast choices are varied. You can get eggs and toast or for the foodie there is eggs benedict on pork belly or salmon. They have some flavorful sides like sausage, bacon and rosti (potatoes). Eight of us all ordered a different breakfast each and all cleared our plates happily. Portion sizes were generous. Recommend for a quiet breakfast for one or a group. Enjoy!

Glasshouse Cafe: convenient location amidst clinics for Integrated Health, set back from the road in front of carparks, though slightly hidden, among big buildings. Popped in for a quick bite after a clinic session. Bright, airy, spacious, high ceilings, designed like a conservatory, bring the garden into the space. Fresh, healthy options for tasty bites, though we were tempted by more substantial offerings, roast vege salad, delicious pasta. A very good find. I have gait/walking challenges (stroke), all sightseeing has to be well-researched and not overly taxing; I wear a legbrace.

Sunday morning coffee....what a disappointment. Food looked old and coffee was bitter. Asked to have it there but was given coffee in take away cups. Overall, a poor experience.

Coffee was good, food was average at best. Chicken tastes like old oil... grey flavorless pieces of old bird

Unless you were looking for this place you would probably miss it. Positioned inside a health outlet, set back from the road, its virtues are not immediately apparent. Step inside however and you find yourself in a light spacious café complete with large indoor trees. I ordered a long black and some poached eggs on toast. The long black arrived quickly with the eggs shortly after. The service was a delight and the fruit infused water a nice touch. My long black came with a solid crema, pleasant round aroma and just enough hot water, though I was a bit wary of the ceramic vessel (which didn't harm me in the end). The eggs were served soft with lovely crunchy grain toast and a hand wrapped, individual portion of butter. The coffee was so good I ordered a second one straight afterwards. This place gets a lot of things right, good food, attention to detail and great service, the location is a plus.

This cafe is always worth a visit especially if you need a gluten free diet. The gluten free waffles are to die for and the Korean plum sauce they serve it with is amazing. The cabinet has lots of other gluten free choices as well. Coffee is yummy and there are lots of other yummy drinks to choose from.

Good cafe. Visited on weekend as parking sometimes not great. Paid my $2 into the parking machine and it just sat looking at me with a message that if this machine is not working, try another one nearby. Get lost! I was prepared to do battle but back to the cafe. Tried a bacon and egg sandwich and it was good. The coffee was good. Ample space and seating for a large crowd. Worth a visit.
