Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very slow service. There seems to be enough staff but little attention paid to diners. Food ok but expensive for quite mediocre menu. Wine is expensive.

What has happened to the food at 372!! The green salad was inedible- drenched with unpleasant vinaigrette. The cauliflower steak was overly spiced. The fish was also unimaginative. Overpriced and mediocre. So disappointing.

An outdoor lunch with a great view across from the beach in Waiheke. Great service and menu choices. The kingfish wing special was just that, special!

We just weren't that impressed. The flavors in the dishes we had weren't special, or even inventive. The green salad was very fresh and nicely dressed with shaved cheese and a light vinaigrette. My steak was ok, but would have been better served with jus,...rather than the cream sauce it had. My husband had duck, and the honey glaze on it was quite nice. The baked paua was just bland. Service was friendly and timely. The list of wines by the glass was fairly short.More

We arrived drenched after getting caught in a sudden downpour. The proprietor Helen took us to a table on the back deck under a heater so we could dry off. She was very accommodating. We had a lovely cheese platter with our wines and beer....The back yard is a lovely garden with a koi pond. Very intimate almost as if it were someone’s backyard. After we dried off she procured a driver for us to our next stop. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Thank you Helen.More

Not sure where to start, but without doubt one of the worse meals i've had in a very long time. Firstly we waited and hour to be given some warm, still partly frozen, soured dough. The starters and main course were simply horrible and covered...in various sloppy sauces that both looked and tasted awful. Only my personal opinion, but avoid.More

Nice beach front restaurant with a great menu, friendly staff, and a quiet atmosphere. Everything we had was excellent. Would give it a fifth star but was a tad disappointed in the asparagus side dish - it was actually one short piece of asparagus stalk...under a pile of green beans (which were tasty, but not what I had desired). The oyster starter, lamb dish and John Dory with local Waiheke wines, and nice deserts, however, made for an excellent meal!More

After an unpleasant and noisy experience in top rated Waiheke venue (we had to leave after appetiser due to poor service and noise!) we tries Three Seven Two after driving by. The service was excellent and more importantly accomodating for some of our party’s dietary...needs. Food quality was excellent, ambience just right and the experience was seamless right up to our departure. If what we experienced was their ‘usual standard’ then you could not go past this restaurant as a place to dine. Highly recommended!More

Many people told us this was THE place to go so we went with high expectations. ☹️ Our cabbage snack starter was tasty but we needed more of the delicious sauces. We both ordered the snapper and while my friend’s was lovely, mine was unpleasantly...over salted. It was a shamenas the gosh was cooked beautifully. It was also supposed to be served with leeks and butter beans. - I had one bean on my plate my friend had 2. No leeks were in sight. I didn’t mention it to the very efficient staff at the time as I didn’t want to sit while they produced another dish and my friend continued to enjoy her meal. We loved the salad that we ordered. It was crisp fresh and very tasty. I have to say that I think it’s a bit overpriced and it certainly underwhelmed us on the night. We didn’t expect to receive a discount on the bill but we did and it was gratefully received. The wait staff on the night were excellent.More

Best meal out I have had in a long time. Would defiantly recommend the shared menu if there is a group of you, this way you get to try a whole range of their amazing food.

Everything is truly exceptional here. Raw oysters with a shallot vinaigrette, baked oysters, burnt butter, and fried chicken were some of the best we’ve ever had. Very unique and also delicious pumpkin, salad, and fried cabbage.

Dropped in for local oysters and a glass of wine after walking the length of Onetangi beach. Sat outside listening to great jazz music and the sound of the waves breaking across the road. Recommended.

Amazing lunch along the beach. Our wine tour brought us here for lunch and it was the highlight of the day. Our waiter was awesome (man with great tats), funny and made our meal a wonderful experience. We had the raw salmon entree which was...insanely good and one of each of the fish of the day, steak, duck…all were perfect. Great drinks, beautiful bar and perfect setting at the beach.More
