Not sure what the attraction is at this Italian place??? There is always a line of Asians out the door waiting to get in. Finally went and ate there and it is crowded, noisy, and the food is very average. Can someone let me in...More

Walking inside this place you really feel you are in Italy! I'm passionate about Italian food and this restaurant remind me my many holidays in the different Italian cities. The staff merbers are fantastic and the size of the dishes are amazing.

This restaurant doesn’t take any table bookings, u need to say no. Of ppl in the entrance and depending on the day, u need to wait for 10-15 mins. But it’s worth the wait! Try the calzone, wood fired pizzas! They are to die for!...More

Once again, we gathered courage to wait for an hour outside as the restaurant does not take bookings and once again, the food was outstanding and delicious. We ordered the bruschetta, the fettuccine a la ciao italia, which is one of our all-time favourites, the...More

Have been eating at Ciao since I was a baby (literally). Ciao Italia always serves delicious food in a timely manner. The staff are always beautiful and make you feel like family.

Ate here tonight and the food was delicious. The dishes were very generous and very flavoursome. Service was great, attentive young men with good personalities. Oh and also had tiramisu for dessert to finish off.

The popularity of this place means it doesn't take bookings, as it has queues each night, however if you're after a genuine, well prepared Italian meal, go elsewhere. Portions are generous, and they charge accordingly, but quality average at best. Clearly works for them but...More

Could not fault the service, good and although they are very busy, they were still very courteous. Makes up for the food. Portion sizes were huge. However, food was mediocre. So, if you someone who prefers finer food, perhaps you should try somewhere else.

Packed out and very good service, serving sizes are huge but I thought the food was average. My scallopini with mushroom was ok but veggies were watery and the beef was chewy. My husbands squid ink linguine was quite nice.

I tried the tiramisu cake based on the rave reviews from Tripadvisor. But it was not to be. The cake was probably soaked in the freezer for days before it was served. All I could taste was water drenched in the sponge cake. Wonder how...More
