The raclette was good and the old-style apparatus fun and practical to use. Apart from that, the service was brusque to the point of disagreeable and the open wines, served in carafe, of poor quality.
(Our mistake for not going up to the Cité Vauban where there is much more choice than in the lower town.)

Excellent, hearty fish soup, scallops, langoustines, mussels, fish fillets, red mullet. You don't have to be near the sea to eat an excellent one. Address to remember. The staff is attentive and helpful

A quaint family run restaurant in the pure alpine tradition. Great menu and good wine list. Service is friendly. Good value for money. If in Briançon go there! Better book in advance

We ate here when we stayed at the hotel. The restaurant is themed in a lovely alpine wooden style and the food was lovely. We had raclette which is done in the traditional large block of cheese with the double sided heater melting it, lovely!

We enjoyed dinner at the hotel one night—coq au vin, mixed green salad, delicious flaming crème brûlée and nougat for dessert. Service was good. Ambiance is cozy, attractive, comfortable.

Fantastic French cuisine and friendly staff. The children's menu was limited to 2 options which wasn't ideal but the main menu was excellent - the Marmite on a Friday is excellent!

The € 170 menue was god value for money. Much better than the rooms in The Hotel itself. My adviced is that it is Ok to eat there but don't stay there. Could do when you are 18 but not 68...

Very nice home. Very friendly host. Ideally located in the city center. Hotel parking lot just below. Beautifully decorated room. Very clean. We will return there as a family.
