Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We came here as a family group on New Yeats Eve and watched the torch led procession from the inside, ideal for small children. I ordered some chips on arrival as children were starving, they prioritised the order to remedy this. The whole place including outside had a real buzz about it.

As a family of seven, we dined here one evening and enjoyed all the lovely Savoyard dishes which were of excellent quality. The ingredients were clearly of good quality, the meat for Pierrade was particularly tender and the fondues were really beautiful. The restaurant is small so make a reservation. Nothing fancy or romantic here but good quality food in a central location so recommended for that.

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. 4 of us had the raclette, onion soup, steak and a cheeseburger. All were really good. Service was great and the atmosphere was very good also. Each table had something different going on. Really catered well for all kinds of groups of people. If you get the chance, go here definitely

The meal was okay, nothing more. Where things went wrong was when it came time to add up. In fact, we were a group of 18 and we needed 14 expense reports. Obviously no one in the restaurant knows how to use a cash register to make separate invoices. The boss, who initially seemed very welcoming, suddenly became very unpleasant, giving us the full ticket and telling us to make do with it and make our own subtotals! What took 20 seconds and two clicks in the resort's other restaurants took here more than half an hour and no longer contained errors: two bottles billed when there was only one, a beer that We were refused (because "I'm not going to open a barrel when we close in 5 days") and were nevertheless billed... In short, out of the ten evenings we spent in the resort, we only spent one in this establishment which is not very welcoming to groups!!!

Family dinner. We were looking for local dishes. First stay in the mountains. Good review on trip advisor so we entered with confidence. We were seated at the table. Not a very warm welcome. After reading the map, we asked 2 questions 1/ Can we have a fondue for one person? The owner (I imagine it's her) replied with disdain and condescension that the fondue was a minimum of 2 people. We apologized saying it was new to us 2/ We had the misfortune of asking if the 2 fondues should be the same... Our question clearly annoyed her and she replied in an exasperated tone that it was obvious. Well no, dear madam, this is not obvious to everyone...A little understanding and kindness towards others would be welcome...Especially when you manage a restaurant. As a result we got up and didn't eat. It is intolerable to be treated this way and made it known. Her excuse was that her waiter had broken his leg and she was therefore overwhelmed. This is not a sufficient excuse to justify such behavior. We therefore cannot tell other customers who would be interested if the dishes are good since we were not able to eat, but the welcome deserves less than the 1 that we gave. If you want to find the friendliness of the people of the mountain, go elsewhere…

We used to go to this restaurant, but when we arrived we realized that the management had changed, and not only that!!! Average reception, Savoyard fondue more like soup than anything else. No special attention for my wife's birthday which had been announced. To top it all off, we were treated to some very derogatory comments about hunting, even though the restaurant offers deer fillets à la carte!!! As for the wine list, only one choice of wine from the region, the first price is 25€ then goes from 45 to more than 100€ per bottle.

The dishes (raclette with smoked cheese and morel ravioli) were very good. The same goes for desserts, namely peanut panacotta and walnut tart. The wine offered at a very reasonable price was excellent. Service ok. Good atmosphere. We recommend.

We were able to have lunch in this small restaurant and we had a great time. A few dishes were missing (in the middle of summer it makes perfect sense) but we enjoyed a delicious fondue. The service was really nice! Everything is there to have a great time.

Places having been indicated to us for a good raclette we reserved, no luck no place before 9:15 p.m., after 1 hour of waiting so 10:15 p.m. we received our dishes. So a raclette very poor in cold meats and salad. To conclude, it is better to move on for fans of raclette as we understand it..

We wanted to eat “mountain”…. This is clearly the concept! The food is good and the welcome is warm. The staff is pleasant and gives good advice to accompany food and wine. The products are quality and the desserts delicious. Warm and friendly atmosphere in a small space but with a typical decor. On the other hand, all its good elements are felt on the bill.

Always difficult to find a GOOD mountain restaurant. Thanks to the many already positive reviews, we decided to spend our evening "in the mountains". And everything was perfect. The room is rather small (25p?) but we were comfortable with our 3 children. Traditional dishes but very well made. Special mention for the scrapie from the children's menu, which deserves stars according to my 8 year old boy. Raclette top. Vin top. Homemade desserts and pretty well done too. We recommend!

Nice place, good atmosphere, friendly staff and generous tasty mountain food, with reasonable prices. One of the best meals in the resort. Recommended.

Perfect meal from start to finish. Great service, lovely atmosphere, and amazing food and wine. Great menu choice (some other restaurants are quite limited), and the desserts were delicious!

I had the goat cheese crozet, , good balance of cheese and pasta, it was delicious. The other parties in my group had the rumsteak, which were very tender.
