On a nice Rustico old building nicely locate the Centro Storico of Spoleto, you can enjoy a wonderful restaurant. With outdoor garden sitting and indoor comfortable rooms, one gets excellent food carefully designed with very special taste. Also very friendly service. The place is quite...popular among the local people so I highly recommend to make reservations.More

Both food and service was perfect. Fresh ingredients and outdoor restaurant ambiance was an immersion of herbs/fruit trees and gorgeous green! Would love to return one day!

Wonderful experience which made us come back a second night: the food is excellent (and we tried starters as well as pasta, meat and desserts), the service attentive and so very pleasant. This restaurant is a definite must when in Spoleto!

There are plants galore, lots of outdoor seating, it just feels warm. It was booked up outside, so we sat inside. Still, a great setting. The food is excellent. You are not getting massive portions, but they are the right size. The taste is so...mmmm, mmmmm, great! Six of us ate for 135 euros, so 22.5 per person, yes, I'll pay that for this homemade deliciousness and one bottle of vino. The meat, the pasta, the sauces were accomplished with care and artistry.More

We found Cantina de'Corvi in our wanderings around Spoletto, and liked the menu which advertised traditional Umbrian fare. We also very much liked the location next to a church built in the 12th century, and is itself in the cellars of a 15th century palazzo....We were seated in a stone lined domed room and enjoyed the attention of the host who advised us on some wine, the food, and at our request, a little history. The restaurant advertises that is an"osteria di tradizione". We started with a glass each of rose that was crisp and dry, and very good as an aperitif. It was mainly sangiovese. For the meal we shared a half litre of house red which was a blend of sagrantino, cabernet, merlot and sangiovese that matched the food well. As a house wine it was a good one, locally made, with lots of fruit showing through. We had pasta as a first course, pappadelle al ragu di cinghuale (wild boar meat sauce), and stragozzi which is a thicker form of spaghetti, with a sauce of green beans, pork, and pecorino cheese. These were delicious, and not too large. We followed the pasta with a serve of carpaccio di manzo marinato alle erbe fini, and a serve of maialino in porchetta with roast potatoes. The carpaccio was a generous serve of very thinly sliced beef fillet marinated with a herb dressing. The maialino was a roll of roast pork with herbs. We shared a small plate of chicoria, steamed and served like spinach, but quite peppery. Coffee completed an excellent lunch.More

Lovely spot in Spoletto, waitress and owner very friendly and wine and Prosecco delicious! The pasta was amazing and we followed this with sausage with smoked mozzarella which was delicious, although we had eaten so much we couldn’t finish it! Definitely worth going to if...you are in SpolettoMore
