Excellent quality food and very good value. The staff were very kind and helpful and we had a lovely family meal. We enjoyed the fish and chips (salmon and prawns), burgers were exceptionally tasty and the homemade pasta was delicious too.

We only stopped for a glass of wine and ended up having an early dinner. Delicious pizza and lasagna. Gorgeous panacota yum, worth visit. Helpful waiter and great friendly service. Worth stopping. Great value for money.

Ambiance lovely....staff friendly. Carbonara over peppered , would rather season personally and a small portion . Pizza very overcooked, sent back, second attempt still overdone so just ate the topping , overall apart from the wine would not be a place to return on our visit to the area.

We all had an excellent dinner here; good service and good food! Don’t miss the chocolate mousse! The burgers and chicken and really everything, was exceptional to what we have had here in Venice.

We sat on the patio and enjoyed our dinner here for our first night in Venice. It was delicious! Highly recommend the house wine, bread dumplings, bolognese, and cheesecake! We sat on the patio as there was no air conditioning inside.

Food was fantastic as was the service - would highly recommend. The Salmon Tartar was to die for!! I had the pasta with garlic, pesto and chilli which was also really good.

Found this place by accident as it was closed to our AirBnB, and it turned out to be our favorite dinner while visiting Venice and the islands. With 4 adults and 4 boys (6/8/11/12) we felt welcomed and comfortable. Menus were available in Italian and English.
The 8 year old ate a fancy hot dog and the 11 and 6 yr olds split a various fried fish and homemade potato chip plate. The staff was happy to substitute more fried fish for the cuttlefish.
The salads were large and tasty, particularly the Caesar. The pasta was homemade and had a delicious homemade sauce, but it was the vegetarian lasagne that was mouth wateringly good. It was fabulously light and flavorful. Coming from someone who makes his own lasagne and is very particular, this was a find of a trip.
The desserts as well were marvelous - the dessert sampler was lovely and tasty all around.
For the 8 of us, with wine and beer for the adults, we paid €160. They brought limoncello at the end at no additional charge.
Presentation all around was top notch. The husband, wife, and daughter who own the restaurant were lovely and spoke English and a bit of Spanish.

I found this using google maps by random. Its approx .5 km away from the main town and hidden off some side roads, so approaching it, i started to question if i had the location right.
Once found the outside is pleasantly decorated with outside dinning if you choose to do so. Inside opens up into a well decorated and elegant looking establishment.
We got there around 8pm and by time we left, on a Wednesday it was 50% full (there is plenty of tables).
The menu offers a varied and well priced choice, with local brewery beers on draft (not commercial) and bottle beers, with the wine list and more to compliment the food.
I chose Waygu Steak which was excellent and around 20euros, my partner having a pasta dish. We had Brushetta with various toppings for starters and drinks and left there paying around 60 euros.
The food quality and service was excellent and the best of the food we ate, including Venice whilst we was away

We had a lovely meal and drinks in the outside alfresco area. I had a chilli and pesto pasta and my partner had beef ragu pasta. We both agree it was the best meal we have had in Italy so far (5 days). A fine selection of European beers although they had run out of one.

We stayed in Mestre intending to have dinner in Venice but pouring rain made us turn back. Our hotel concierge recommended “da Luca ristopub,” so we tried it. The meal and atmosphere were delightful! There were several groups of young people in spite of the pouring rain. The bread was excellent and the food was casual but very good. Our wine was served in a carafe, which was different and interesting to our family. This was not elegant dining, just good food in a warm, casual atmosphere. We’ll visit again!

We ordered a lobster linguine, stoekfish, lagsana, cicchetti, tiramisu and cheese cake.
Lobster linguine is superb. Taste very fresh. Must order. Can give the Stoekfish a miss. Lagsana is not bad.
Tiramisu is ok but not the best I had. Cheese cake is nice.
Wine only cost 10 euro for 1 litre and taste good. Very cheap.
