However, we recently embarked on a motorhome tour from England to Venice, in the MOST EXTRAORDINARY steak house.
This little gem was wonderful from the start, the decor was amazing with all the aged wines and the elegant Cabin setting really feels like a restaurant from another era.
The service was fast despite the restaurant being full.
We had an appetizer that I can't pronounce but it was wonderful.
Then my wife and I split the 12-pound T-bone steak.
Jesus, it was simply delicious, cooked to perfection, melted in the mouth with the best salty ingredients.
I loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

I had lunch with my family in this restaurant, which is pleasant and welcoming in the main room (the second star is for the ambience). The meat on the other hand...a disappointment. I asked the waiter the cooking technique, he replied on the grill (but come on...) and that the cut is served on a hot plate (and God forbid...). I recommended myself for meat and a hot dish and the meat arrived promptly... cold on a lukewarm dish. When at the end of the dinner I complained to the Lady, asking why, I was told that I asked for rare cooking (so it would be my fault 😂🤦🏼) I replied that my fellow guests (medium rare) had also received the cold meat. The lady tells me that their technique is to throw the meat directly onto the grill (I imagine from the fridge) and this explains why it arrives cooked on the outside and cold on the inside. Very good tartare, average cut and ribs but still cooked a little wrong compared to what we asked for, we had asked for two side dishes: baked potatoes and it arrived mixed with vegetables, house wine, water, and three coffees, total €120 , paid by debit card, but never seen a receipt.

Very nice garden with veranda and small pool, very cozy the beautiful indoor room. Here you come for the meat: excellent grilled cuts, prepared properly. We went to this lovely place for our anniversary and had a great time.

Restaurant and bed and breakfast in Mestre in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Ancient renovated farmhouse with indoor rooms suitable for couples. We had a closed gazebo and we were fine despite some drafts of air. Food agreed by the birthday girl. I have no words. Found by chance on this app. Place not passing through, but immersed in nature. Tables, chairs, swimming pool, lights...everything converges towards what I define as an enchanting place with a certain depth.

Very beautiful structure based on an old Venetian farmhouse. The table setting is that of a truckers' tavern (with all due respect), paper spot covers, paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and their plastic basket. We tasted some passable cured meats, bacon and ham, industrial salami from a well-known local brand. The choice of meat was very limited and when we tasted it we were not particularly impressed by its taste but by the rather cold internal temperature even though it was cooked rare.
