A very nice small place where you can find typical venetian food called "cicchetti" (Tapas). Famous in town is frequently full local people. Many finger foodd is prepared every day from the staff. Fresh home made pasta and cakes from the mummy's kitchen. Main courses cooked with seasonal ingredients, local and national wines, and artesanal beers. We stayed in Mestre for our visit to Venice and so glad we found this restaurant! The service, food and ambience are all amazing and so reasonably priced. The menu has something for everyone and all our food was delicious! Gluten free pasta is available too and the waitresses were attentive to make sure this was taken care of. We would definitely visit again! Grazie

A fantastic discovery, a place where you definitely have to stop to eat if you are in the area, the decoration of the restaurant makes you feel in a different place. The food is sensational, the fresh pasta combined with fish and seafood is spectacular and the selection of wines very appropriate. The waiters are friendly and efficient, summarizing a place to eat without a doubt.

Lovely first time experience. We had a nicely prepared shrimp onion appetizer followed by a pasta with seafood dish that we split. We then had a cod dish served three ways was different but tasty. We enjoyed it very much. Chiara our waitress was an absolute delight and guided our evening perfectly. Her recommendations were excellent and we enjoyed her very kind sweet disposition. Thank you Chiara for an enjoyable evening! We will be back!

We stopped there for a quick lunch. The service and the atmosphere (&decor) was great, but the food was just awful. Tasteless, microowen warmed up tapas and pasta. Maybe dinner is better, but lunch I definitely would not recommend.

Everything was good but not great. The ambience was probably slightly ruined with a huge group of EF student came shortly after us which raised the noise level of the restaurant considerably, though no fault of the restaurant. The food in general was a little blend including the broiled seafood and my grilled tuna. Some of the items in the menu from their internet page was not shown in the English menu given to us in the restaurant. Overall, it was not a bad experience but I guess I expected much more.

Fun atmosphere. Smiling service. But the offer of ready made proposition is not really interesting. Quite tasty shrimps, pasta, vongole but the sauce is suspicious for the aftermath consequences. Too heavy.

We visited this little gem after it had been recommended by the staff at our hotel and I am so happy we did. It was a Thursday night and it was packed! Lots of local Italians outside and at the bar enjoying cicchetti and drinks but we were lucky to find a table inside. We tried the taster plate and loved it. Nice wine, homemade beer and an amazing atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Had another amazing dinner and was served with friendly smile! Absolutely amazing 🥰 Friend has several allergies and staff was taking care of her food and safety, everything went perfectly. Thank you for being so friendly 🙏🙏🙏

Excellent staff, food, and ambience. Very good gluten free options. Best meal we’ve had while visiting Venice. The squid was particularly yummy. When we walked up to the restaurant there were lots of people outside having drinks, so we were worried there’d be a long wait but there wasn’t. It appears Hostaria Vite Rosa is a very popular spot for young locals to get together for drinks.

Wonderful discovery in Mestre, excellent fresh sea food. They where full on a Sunday but made everything possible to not let us go and after a little while they gave us a table. The food en house wine where great. We where very happy to have had our lunch at a local Italian tavern.

Recommended by my hotel concierge
Took a little finding but glad we came for late lunch.
Had excellent seafood platter and spaghetti bolognese.
Also love the ambience and the friendly service. Wanted to eat here again but was told they were closed on Sundays.
Popular with tourists and locals .

The menu is great with many fabulous options. The food is fresh and very tasty and the service excellent. They were very accommodating finding us a table on a Friday evening without having a reservation. I would definitely return.

Really nice place for a quick or a longer lunch. The cicchette were all really good and the fusilli integrali was one of the best pastas both me and my italian husband have eaten in Veneto.
