Fantastic oasis and restaurant on the outskirts of Venice. We picked this place randomly based on reviews and the fact it was just off our travel route to Milan. We hit the jackpot and had an incredible experience.
The restaurant is part of a hotel just off the interspace. But the hotel is surrounded by its own gardens and creates a peaceful, park like atmosphere in the middle of a very urban area. There are loungers, fruit trees, flowers, and it's just a very nice place to relax. So much so that if I return to Venice I may likely spend some nights here.
The staff always seemed a little surprised that we weren't staying at the hotel as I assume that's their main cliental, but we were seated quickly and provided with a wonderful menu with many options. I'll have to go back for specific items we ordered but we started with a mixed seafood appetizer of which almost every item was amazing. Really recommend some of the hot items as they stood out a bit. The seafood we ordered for dinner was delicious as was the local dessert.
Service was friendly and attentive. We're definitely coming back sometime and highly recommended as it's worth going out of your way to get a meal here and relax.

I was make reservation in the morning, they arranged all for evening: welcome venetian spritz, fush menu for adults and kids menu for joung Emily). Not so much customers, but service was excellent. We chose Hotel Ai Pini for my parents’ 50th anniversary lunch, and it was the perfect decision! The staff proved extremely helpful and professional from the first moment, welcoming us with a smile and making us feel immediately at ease. The location is impeccable: elegant, attention to detail and surrounded by a serene atmosphere that made the day even more special.
The proposed menu was simply delicious, with particular attention to the quality and presentation of the dishes. Each course was a real treat for the palate, combining refined flavors with a touch of creativity. I'm telling you about my experience and that of the 2 friends I was with - August 2023.
We arrive at the restaurant, there is parking - how convenient! - we ask for a table for 3 and sit down.
Inside the decor, the lights, the environment make you hope for the best - shame about the annoying mosquitoes buzzing around us - we wait for the menu.
High prices - this is to be expected given the environment - it doesn't matter, everything will be delicious.
We decide what we want to have and wait for the waiter... we wait... we wait.. we wait (fighting with the mosquitoes, it should be noted that it was NOT completely full!).
Finally it arrives and we order.
They bring us the "entrée" - beautiful and tasty - it gives us hope for the 3 first courses we had.
The first courses arrive - we are well over €10 - the face is beautiful, we go with the first forkful; pasta not cooked to the right point and salty to the limit of bearable - I agree that they were fish first courses, but a balance is necessary: I had to bite into some bland bread that they had brought us to balance out all that salt.
Epilogue: we pay €60 for 2 waters and 3 first courses, if they had been perfect, I would have had nothing to complain about, but unfortunately this was not the case.

è stato un piacere aver fatto la vostra conoscenza e ci fa molto piacere che abbiate apprezzato l'ambiente del nostro ristorante Ai Pini.
Siamo all'interno di un parco e anche se procediamo con la disinfestazione settimanale, le zanzare sono particolarmente persistenti.
Quella serata in particolare, la terrazza esterna era al completa, forse dall'interno non si percepiva.
In merito alla pasta, i "bigoi in salsa" sono molto saporiti, è proprio la specificità del prodotto! Ci spiace che sia sembrata salata.
Speriamo di avervi nuovamenti con noi per farvi assaporare altri piatti.

These people know how to make pasta. So incredibly delicate. I was practically licking the buttery sauce off my plate. Excellent service. Booking is essential and there is counter space for solo diners. Highly recommended!

I underline this as a hotel restaurant precisely because, contrary to what one might think, it offers a refined environment, attentive service and attentive cuisine which, in addition to offering dishes that must satisfy all palates, due to its institutional role, offers a cooking corner of the territory. I had the pleasure of having dinner in the Ai Pini restaurant, and I was struck by the romantic and welcoming atmosphere enlivened by Jazz music played by a really good group, and the singer was very good. The service was impeccable, with the staff proving to be kind and professional, attentive to our requests and always smiling. The menu was of high quality with fresh local products. We ate some homemade macaroni which was delicious, and a larded fillet which was nothing short of sublime. The dinner ended with a salted caramel cheesecake. I recommend this restaurant, and I thank all the staff for a lovely evening.

We had the pleasure of meeting Roberta who is the fulcrum and pillar of the review you are about to read. Roberta immediately welcomed us, paying attention to every single detail without ever abandoning us to doubts of any kind. With her experience she made sure that our son's baptism was perfect and for this we thank her so much, it will be an experience that we will carry with us forever. The trust we have shown has repaid us considerably. The baptism took place at lunch enjoying an excellent buffet of wine and unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic aperitifs. The room was managed by two very nice young guys, smiling and at the same time elegant and careful to ensure that nothing was ever missing. I would therefore also like to congratulate Christian and Pietro. Not least the cuisine, of which we remember everything being delicious, in particular the asparagus and speck risotto. Every guest, including us, happily had an encore! So a super thank you to Salvatore, Tommaso and Salim.
What about the cake? Not a crumb was left over! Thanks also to the Mion pastry shop which collaborates with the Ai Pini Restaurant.
Lastly, but not least, I would like to add that we didn't really have to worry about anything, Roberta was there until the last minute before arriving at the location, taking into account all our possible variations so that we could be truly satisfied with this day. Obviously I highly recommend, whatever the event you want to celebrate, to go to this splendid structure because the world is full of beautiful places but places where you feel that you are the center of attention and that your party is THEIR party. really difficult to find and I'm happy to review this wonderful experience and tell you that this is truly the needle in the haystack ❤️

I had the opportunity to celebrate my 18th birthday, an important event for everyone, here at the pines. The staff was available right away and welcomed my every request to make this day as special as possible. Despite my desire to take him out, due to bad weather we had to do inside, and it was fantastic; set up fabulous, with colors chosen together, buffet food always ready and drinks always stocked, with a waitress at our disposal throughout the evening. Not to mention the possibility of putting on music and having party lights. It was a spectacular evening especially thanks to the location and the friendly staff.

I had the pleasure of once again celebrating a very important milestone in my life in this splendid location. For my graduation party everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: a beautiful panneau (which remains a memory), the personalized menus (also a perfect memory of the evening for all the guests), the setting up of the buffet and the tables, the table set up for wedding favors. Everything was carefully thought out and helped make the evening unforgettable!
The staff is also very kind and always ready and available to satisfy every request.
Special thanks go to Roberta who always manages to make her hotel a family environment.

We went to celebrate a ceremony with our family. We chose them because we had already been and felt welcomed; it is a very pleasant place, a small oasis surrounded by greenery with a very bright room, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of diners. They are always very attentive, never intrusive. Perfect menu, with generous portions, we chose fish and were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity and the care put into every detail

We celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday. We want to thank Roberta and all the staff for their collaboration and availability. We had a rich and very tasty buffet dinner, the “Sala Colonne” location was decorated for the occasion with great taste and elegance. The evening was a success and all the guests left satisfied and pleasantly surprised.

We had lunch with family and friends, the table as well as the room that hosted us were well organized and with attention to every detail. This year I decided to organize the company Christmas lunch at this restaurant, after the very positive experience I had at a family lunch in October.
I must say that everything was perfect, starting from the dedicated menu and the welcome. Lunch was enjoyed by all. Particular note of merit goes to the pumpkin, basil and shrimp risotto... simply perfect!

Everything was just perfect! We have had dinner at Ai Pini before, and now we celebrated our wedding here. A lot of guests were staying in the hotel, and all were exremely happy with everyhting. The rooms are nice, breakfast is excellent, as well as the location; walking distance from Piazza Ferretto, but still very peaceful with the park surrounding.
As for our wedding, we couldn’t be happier with how well everything was taken care of. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive, all out requests were taken care of and the food was just perfect. We had the chance to test our menu beforehand, and I’m still dreaming of the saffron risotto, one of the best risotto dishes I have ever had. Special thank you for Roberta, she is more than amazing, and we couldn’t have done everything from two different countries without her.
