Unfortunately the coffee was cold, and after making the waitress offered another coffee which never arrived. At €5 a coffee!

One of the finest restaurants in the area. There is a canteen, as well as a “fine dine” option. This is a review of the canteen. Positive: Stunning, panoramic view. Access by cable car lift from Corvara or by path. Dishes prepared in front of...the customers. Many gluten-free dishes available. World-class dishes. Classy, refined atmosphere. Clean environment (dining area, bathrooms). Very professional, pleasant staff. To be improved: There are no bins in the vicinity.More
It's just a fancy place and unfortunately it ends there!!! The service was very slow, actually quite inattentive to the customers: table not cleaned, with pieces of bread on top, lack of attention with drinks, we were a group of 15 colleagues with only 3...different menus, and all the time they were asking us which dish we had chosen, etc. It was a menu of 90 euros per person and the food was poor and of questionable quality. You can see attached photos of 2 ridiculous lamb ribs barely cooked properly. We discussed the situation with the waiter and he gave us to understand that we had no idea of good cuisine, and that outside the restaurant they made simpler dishes. Really disappointing....More

Stopped in for coffee & drinks on 17 jan. ordered a calvados for 11 euro. When it arrived I tasted it and it had been clearly watered down. Management needs to keep an eye on what's going on.
Stunning location. Views nearby are amazing. We stopped for strudel and it was pretty darn good. Lovely vanilla sauce with it. Could have been warmed ? But hey Ho. It was a tad windy whilst we were there - blowing glittering snow around. Magical.
Didn’t expect such lovely food, great advice on wine choice, friendly and attentive staff in the mountains. Will surely be back before going home and on our next trip.
We came here for breakfast on a spectacular sunny morning as it is linked with our hotel Ciasa de Munt in Corvara. It is at the top of the gondola with incredible views. The building and decor are very modern, with sleek lines, which is...a pleasant change from the usual cramped alpine style. Great food, and helpful staff who let us linger as long as we wanted. It was a highlight of the trip !More
When one most often skis Buller or Cardrona, expectations of food with a view are pretty low. Perhaps there are many venues across the Alps that don’t insist we squeeze into cramped boxes to pay crazy prices for crappy food, as we must do down...under. Whether unique or not, Boe is certainly a far better ski lunch than I’m accustomed. You can fine dine, you can enjoy table service on a lounge, or you can grab a tray and self serve: in every case you get solid quality nosh with a view to kill for and most uniquely in a room(s) in which it’s actually a pleasure to sit. For fellow Gai-Jin (I’m no Alto Adige expert but) I reckon this particular venue offers two additional benefits that are perhaps well-suited to us folk. (1) The space is contemporary rather than alp rustic. It is nice to enjoy floor to ceiling windows and to not duck thru every doorway, at least this once. (2) The food is broad international rather than regional, so it may not be memorable but is satisfying to the whole troupe: there is something for the fussy tween, the vegetation teen, and the missus who is fish only / never fried.More
I’ve been here for lunch and I just say that we had a wonderful one! Food was very good (we had deer tartare and gulasch and one dessert to share) and the location definitely has an amazing view! Not cheap but worth a lunch!
The location is wonderful, with spectacular views. The building and it's decor are very modern, minimal, with clean lines. We stopped a couple of times for coffee and drinks at the outdoor bar area which was good, however the day we stopped for lunch at...the self service restaurant it was extremely slow. We had enjoyed a few long lunches at other on mountain restaurants and this day we decided (hoped) to have a quicker and more simple lunch. It was not the case. It may have been bad luck or bad timing, but the wait for food was excruciatingly slow & by the time we came to order our choices were sold out. Our lunch was quite tasty, but not worth the wait. Go to enjoy the view, it's definitely a gorgeous spot to sit, relax and take in the surrounds.More
The Piz Boè is the up to date smart version of a comfortable alpine lodge: located at the top of the Boè, the place offers a self-service diner, an elegant and more formal restaurant, a cosy lounge with a bar, a fireplace and some coaches....Every lounge is clean, tidy and orderly, which is quite unusual in the alpine refuges. There is an outside wide terrace too for the sunny days. But if you like better to have you lunch seeing the astonishing view on the Badia mountains, you have to remain inside and seat in one of the tables of the diner or of the elegant restaurant : through the wide long window you can admire one of the best skyline of the Alps. The food quality and the service of the diner is not so good as you expect but any way quite satisfying: the kitchen is at sight and the cooks take the orders at the moment and get the dishes of the day ready in a few minutes. So sometime the service could become long. The sales force is not so kind as you would expect in a smart place like this. Correctly, prices are not cheap but without any extreme : I ate a milanese cutlet with a double side dish and a still water bottle at €.19,50 The marks ? Food 7,5 - service 6,5 - place 9,5More
The views from this modern and roomy mountainside building are amazing. After completing the Sella Ronda with only a couple of brisk coffee stops we decided to drop our skis and boots at the hotel and head up the Boe gondola for a cocktail and...(very) late lunch. The cocktails were delightful! A fantastic selection and mixed with flair. As we missed the lunchtime crowd, we had a selection of tables to chose from and picked a table with an incredible view down over Corvara and across to the Eidelweis valley behind Colfosco. We used the self service cafe, but the food is of a very high standard. There is also an a la carte restaurant, which looks beautiful, and a relaxed seating area around an open fire near the bar. Watching the sun set whilst sipping a glass of excellent local wine was perfect.More
It has direct access from the Alta Badia to the gondola, both for skiers and for those who want to take the lunch in a special landscape. I served both the self-service and the a la carte restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant...are special, as are the recommendations made at the wine, the appetizers and the basic way. I recommend this location without any retentionMore
It’s just a fancy place and unfortunatelly it ends there. Service was very slow, actually pretty much unfocused on customers. It seems it’s a organizational problem. Prices are high.
Amazing views, beautiful interior and delicious food for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for from a mountain restaurant?
