Excellent restaurant offering modern Piedmontese cuisine in a very pleasant environment. Four of us had carrot and cheese muffins, raw Piedmontese meat, tajarin 40yolks with meat sauce, ravioli del plin, all excellent. The dish of Cherasco snails on a bed of potato puree is sublime, a dish that requires exceptional quality and care for the raw material that I greatly appreciated. The cost is very honest, 160 euros for 4 starters, 4 main courses, 1 dessert and a Chardonnay, considering the high quality of the dishes and the pleasantness of the environment

I had dinner at the "La Pimpinella" tavern with a friend, encouraged by the many positive opinions.
The place is visually very beautiful, modern and welcoming.

Eight people had dinner in this restaurant on the evening of Saturday 18 May. It was a wonderful surprise, which began with the welcome of the restaurant and the staff and continued with the pleasant proposals on the menu. Eight friends with different tastes. Excellent in everything. Let's start with the service which didn't make us miss anything at the table, water, bread and breadsticks and wine. If something ran out they asked if we wanted more water, bread and breadsticks. We had two appetizers, two first courses and a dessert. Very good portions, we would have liked to have a second course but we were full.
Appetizer carrot muffin, heart of raschera and abundant parmesan cream and excellent as an appetizer. First gnocchi with white ragù and a vegetable lasagne to taste, I recommend them.

We trusted the good Trip Advisor reviews and went there. The experience overall went well. The table was in a somewhat unfortunate position because it was close to the entrance door. The cold that entered added to the aesthetic cold of the room... The service was very slow.
On the other hand, the food is good and well plated. Abundant and fine traditional appetizer, non-traditional but excellent plin ravioli, special tender pork cheek. Prices appropriate to the quality, friendly staff. Parking quite close.
