We book me and my husband a table for 2 for 7.30 pm, unfortunately for an unexpected we arrive about 15 min late, but on arrival there did not seem a problem as the place was still half empty.
Once at the table after about 10 min we are taken command. I had dinner here on September 13, 2023, the place is very simple and the outdoor space where we were is also very simple. The starters were good, typical Neapolitan pizza was very good, the choice of spicy oil was delicious, after asking I was brought a set of small bottles flavored in a different way!! The place apparently didn't seem to be the best in terms of furnishings and was close to a service station but we changed our minds because we ate pizzas of unique goodness. Highly recommended. The real Neapolitan pizza

I can't comment on the pizzas, but given that the menu also includes both meat and fish first courses, it was hoped that these would also be at least acceptable. Nothing could be more wrong.....we took spaghetti with clams and they were the most indecent I could find in my entire life. Overcooked pasta without salt and without flavor piled up on the plate with a dozen clams and a few pieces of tomato around it. Basically a plate of badly cooked spaghetti without oil or salt with a dozen clams around it. Pitiful dish and slow service... never again

Ci dispiace sempre vedere una recensione negativa in ogni caso, nel suo caso e la seconda volta che lascia una recensione negativa ad 1 🌟 e ci dispiace ulteriormente.
Ci dispiace anche perchè come ben sa siamo conoscenti , e non è la prima volta che siete venuti a cena durante i nostri 12 anni di attività nello STESSO locale ... e come ben sa sappiamo anche che siete EX ristoratori, siamo stati a cena nel vostro locale, e nonostante ci sia stato da attendere nel complesso siamo stati bene, e ci dispiace sia chiuso.
In quanto lei EX ristoratore comprendiamo che i vostri standard siano elevati con aspettative alte e ben precise. Tuttavia, e un peccato non sia stata offerta una valutazione più obiettiva, considerando le sfide che oggi noi ristoratori affrontiamo e che forse conosce e come ben sa lasciare 2 volte 1 stella e un danno non da poco, considerando anche che su 10 persone nel suo tavolo , 9 avevano ordinato pizza, e considerando anche non e rimasto niente in nessun piatto ( compreso lo spaghetto con le vongole che lei cita) poteva evitare di scrivere una recensione/offesa.
Riguardo alla lentezza del servizio che lei ha menzionato, voglio precisare che era di Domenica sera, in una serata molto affollata, alle 20.30 , e nonostante ci impegniamo sempre a mantenere un equilibrio tra la qualità del cibo e velocità nel servizio; a volte servire cibo di alta qualità a più di 100 persone sedute ai tavoli, può richiedere più tempo , ed è un impegno che siamo orgogliosi di mantenere.
Siamo dispiaciuti che il suo spaghetto alle vongole non sia stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Ci teniamo a sottolineare che avremmo apprezzato la possibilità di correggere il piatto, ma purtroppo ci è stata negata la possibilità , mostrandoci UN PIATTO VUOTO (di solito le cose che sono immangiabili si lasciano nel piatto), accompagnato dall'esclamazione "FACEVA CA**RE". Il suo dire sulle "pizze non mi esprimo" non so a cosa vuole lasciare intendere, ma a prescindere di cosa volesse dire, dalle recensioni che riceviamo noi cerchiamo di trarne valore, per migliorarci i primis e poi capire le nostre lacune, la sua recensione oltre ad non essere obiettiva è a nostro parere di poco valore scritta in preda alla frustrazione del momento lontana da un critica culinaria costruttiva . Ci Dispiace nuovamente e le auguro esperienze migliori altrove.
