Was passing by curry lounge restaurant in Wolverhampton my kids wanted to have some curry normally I use my local indian restaurant so at first I was in 2 mind if to order or not . We are so glad we ordered food from curry...lounge as the food was fantastic the taste , the texture was fabulous and it was piping hot. We enjoyed the food now iv got problem my kids said if they have curry they want it from curry lounge thats 10 mile i have to drive but it will be worth the journey as we are extremely pleased with the food and service. Ordered a local, the curry lounge leaflet looked great . Placed an order, was really looking forward to having this tonight, we were told it would be up to an hour delivery on the phone , no problem prime time Saturday evening. 1hr and 30...later delivery man was very polite and apologetic and I said it’s no problem , considering it’s busy evening you would expect the food to taste and be fresh but it was far from it . I ordered a chicken jalfrezi , the meat seemed very dry and not fresh even with the sauce, the dish had nice amount of heat but that’s as far as I could go with it , my partner ordered a lamb biriyani which the rice was cold and very stodgy again meat was tough and rubbery. Onion bhajis were okay nothing more on it . But we also ordered some masala fries; would not recommend ( came like a packet of slop and couldn’t even find the chips) naan breads were in a polite way of putting it - cremated! they were actually that bad we couldn’t eat them. Unfortunately guys you have lost a customer for the future. I hope their dining in experience after Covid is better then their takeaway . Would not eat here again.More

Ordered at 6pm was told would be an hour or just over 3 hours later food came after numerous calls and phone put down on answer. Food was cold and had to be heated up in microwave!and items missing. I would not recommend this place...to anyone have given many chances because of wrong order or items missing.customer services could have rung to let us know what was going on.when complained to delivery person there reply was they got it in the neck from all customers complaining on being late because they took too many orders and focused on quantity instead of quality .I have messaged the restaurant and they have read the message but not replied like I said Bad customer service 👎More

Have been a customer for years takeaway and takeaway. Tonight we ordered for 5 people, I ordered a jalfrezi which I normally have or a Fusion. I couldn’t eat it it was laden in chilliest. My daughter called to complain and there was no offer...of a refund or a replacement. All other meals were good.More

I went and collected some food and it was the best food I had in a while. Highly recommend this place. Service was excellent. Keep it up.
