We visited on a relatively quiet night; our section was filling up, but by no means full. We were seated quickly, and left with menus to consider. We placed our orders, which were stood under the heating lamps for around five to ten minutes while...our waiter was doing, well, not much of anything, really; a colleague finally noticed them and brought them around. The food was tasty, and the fish was cooked to perfection. Good curry dip, though the tartare sauce was bland and boring. Burger was OK to good, and sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked. It took about forty minutes from the time we got our orders until we were able to flag down a waiter. I was originally planning on ordering another beer, not to mention ask about malt vinegar, but at that point, we were done eating, and just wanted to pay and leave.More

The setting of this restaurant is cozy, warm and autthentic. Although, we were 10 persons, the place felt like it was very cramped but it was not a problem. The waiters were polite and helpful. The service was good. The food is average and overpriced....I ordered Lamb shank and it came little dry, maybe over cooked. We might go there again.More

I had a wonderful evening with some bearded friends here last friday, 2607, and yes we booked a table and was so fortunate that we could sit out on the terrace. The staff was very polite and serviceminded, thank you so much for a excellent...evening. A lot of beer from all over the world, and really delicious food, I can recommend the shrimp sandwich, probably the best in Oslo. To all the staff at Heim, thank you from me and my bearded friends for making this a memorable evening. We'll be back!! 👍🧔👍More

Super friendly vibe, average priced drinks (for Norway!) and some seriously good food! We had the lamb and the fish and chips, both were superb and we’d definitely visit again!

Nice restaurant— very cozy! There’s a handful of vegetarian options and it looks like they rotate the menu around. The gnocchi with goat cheese sauce, kale, beets, and pumpkin seeds was delicious. There’s a lot of seating, but they were being weird when we arrived—...we asked for a table for two and they insisted on putting us right next to other tables (which are pretty close together), even though there was lots of other option tables (which didn’t fill up with reservations). Whatever, I’d go back. Reasonable prices and an extensive menu. Plus, I hear they have trivia on mondays!More

One of the areas most kozy restaurants. Sit outside during summer in a large outdoor terrasse - or inside in a really kozy and friendly athmosphere. The food is great, and service warm and welcoming. A little hideaway from the citys mor busy areas -...easy acceessable with the tram 17 or 18 from Oslo S to Bislett stadium and 3 min walk from there.More

We had a lovely dinner last night. The food was very good, both the hamburgers, Serrano salat, fish n’chips. The service was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The prices were also affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great food, we've tried a lot of different here. Good beer selection. Friendly staff. Popcorn on the table while waiting. Well worth a visit.
