Sunday lunch was just excellent. Tasty super size portions. Excellent roast beef cooked perfectly and super tasty deserts. A repeat visit is planned.

Have the pie most weeks it's unbeatable never the same two weeks running all ways something new and delicicious. recommend to anyone.👍

Went for lunch, dirty carpet in dining room and unpolished glasses, very smeared. Not as good as the original owners, restaurant was busy then. Menu expensive for a village pub. No others eating which was surprising bearing in mind it was a Friday.More

Just had dinner here. Food and service was amazing from start to finish! Not just fried scampi or fish and chips. Proper menu and prepared food. Couldn't fault a thing. Very nice pub and prices are great for the quality received. Can't wait to go...More

Since our last visit in April the menu has Changed . Meals no longer served with veg and potatoes despite being printed as such in the menu,very confusing. Quality still very good

Don't have to book but it is advisable....they do a good Sunday lunch and it is popular. Prices are good....in fact great value. There is plenty of parking and yes, the pub is wheelchair friendly. You won't be disappointed.
