The food and the prices didnt match. Poor quality for the pizzas. The toppings came of when u held the pizza....

We had a catastrophic dinner experience with my partner, his 9-year old son and a friend of us. We are shocked by the disrespectful and extremely aggressive behavior by the owner. Also, the quality of food was bad. When arriving in the restaurant, we were...offered glasses of prosecco and a soda for the child by the restaurant. We ordered two lasagnas, one pasta and a saltimbocca for the child. The lasagnas arrived first, the pasta dish later and the saltimbocca which was for the child, arrived 15 minutes later. Of course, the pasta dishes had got cold by then, the meat was of bad quality and not well prepared, so we sent the dishes back to the kitchen. The restaurant tried to bill us the offered drinks and I tried to correct the bill by discussing with the owner. He immediately starts to yell at me, offends and insults me. My partner came to defend me but the owner continues his extremely aggressive behavior. We felt threatened, offended and disrespected in all ways. I fully recommend no one to go to this restaurant.More

Last Tuesday 29th of June I was in Turku for one day visit to this Finnish village. We come from Helsinki where normally the food and service are excellent. Unfortunately, my partner who is from Turku recommended we visit this restaurant since she had worked...there when she was young. Upon our arrival, the restaurant offered us 3 glasses of Prosecco and one glass of Fanta (i guess they offer that cause they knew my partner) the situation was quite friendly and comfortable until we ordered the food, and with this, the disappointment also came, the food was terrible! cold dishes, the Lagsana was hard as a brick also cold, the "fruti di mare" pasta was super dry and no flavor, the pizza was like those frozen pizzas that you can get from the supermarket and the baby cow meat test like pork, super bad! We couldn't eat this bad food for obvious reasons and decided to return these dishes, to my surprise when I went to pay, the restaurant charge the drinks that had been offered on our arrival! so my partner went to talk to the owner and say that the bill was wrong, the owner of the restaurant started screaming aggressively at my partner, so much that I had to go and intervene before he started hitting her! something that was a shock to me! I cannot recommend this place! the food is terrible the owners are aggressive and the place is like going to a gas station!More

There were seven of us planning to enjoy a relaxing dinner and birthday celebration - some ordered pizza and some others pasta. Four pizzas were served in ok time, pastas came 15-20 mins later and one pizza was served after everyone else had already eaten....No sincere apologies but instead arrogant and aggressive behaviour from the owner when we made a complaint and asked if there could be some compensation for the poor and extremely inconsiderate service. Free coffee was offered when we were already leaving - we had requested to pay about 15 min earlier. No thank you. We do not recommend to visit this restaurant if you wish to stay happy. Would consider seriously before applying to work in this kind of atmosphere.More

The food was excellent, we ordered pizzas and they were delicious. The crust was tasty and the tomato sauce very good. I would recommend.

Sincerely I thought this would be a sweet spot to take your girl out for dinner, but I was wrong. The most dissapointing was the decoration and furnishing of the place, it was simply boring as hell. Although the pizza was good, but you would...not want to sit there for more than 20 minutes due to bad service and bad environment.More
