I wish I lived in Athens just so I could eat here every night! The pita was divine and of course, the SOUVLAKI was amazing. Now that I am writing about it, I am craving it even more!

Food was sooo good. Very picky kid friendly. People were nice and food was sooo good. You have to go!!
Whilst in Athens we went there several times with the family. Delicious food, nice and friendly service and affordable prices.
Street food place , good grill ! Athenian kind of outdoor style , sitting on the street literally. Menu is good with great salads and the grill is been taking care 😉 really good ! Though might is a bit more expensive than it should...be but is worth to visit , 24 open ☝️More
Was struggling to locate another seafood restaurant so stopped for a bit at Kalamaki. The menu is mostly meat, lamb and chicken. I ordered rice, eggplant, fava dip and potato salad. The potato salad was very good, the fava dip was OK but the rice...and eggplant were tasteless. The place lacks much character - apparently is more of a take-away joint. Our young waiter was very pleasant and the carafe of wine we had was good. But an underwhelming meal in a neighbourhood full of good restaurants.More
A favourite food spot in Kolonaki, Athens. With few tables and super friendly staff, Kalamaki Kolonaki is a great spot for lunch or dinner. The food is always ace and the beers served in frozen glasses. Suitable for vegetarians and meat lovers.
Unexpectedly great and fresh food and salds! Tasty white wine. Service is ok, but nit outstanding. The seating is comfortable too
After sunset on Lycabettus Hill, there is a run on restaurants a short walk from the funicular. We’d planned on going to Dexameni nearby but the wait appeared to be an hour or more given the line and how most people at the tables were...just getting their first courses… and we’d landed from the US that morning, so a very late night was not on the agenda. Approaching “hanger” status we moved on to Kalamaki Kolonaki and were happy with the fast service. Greek salad and tzatziki were both very good; fava bean dip was bland in comparison (we later had much better on Santorini); of the mixed grill souvlaki, the beef was very good, pork was good, chicken was mediocre (some pieces OK, others quite gristly). For the inexpensive price point and good service, we were satisfied.More
The service was simply non existent . We had to eat our salad without a fork! The excuse was that they didn’t have clean forks!!!! The manager has just 2 waiters for several tables which is impossible for them to provide at least a standard...level of service. And this is a restaurant with higher prices than Normal kebab houses To end the night, We were given a wrong receipt with +30€ on top of what we ordered for which we had to argue and had to ask the waiter to check on the dishes on our table to avoid overpayment !! The managers reaction: we are sorry but we are a busy place …..More
Amazing food especially in the covid era that we have to do pickup or get delivery. Everyone was very nice and fast enough. I had the chicken gyro and pork gyro and souvlaki. I ate there two days in a row. There was minimal fat...and very fresh ingredients. The fries were really good too. Great prices.More
Based in the city centre, after a shopping experience in the Kolonaki's stores, you must rest and eat traditional greek souvlaki in this restaurant. Very clean! The personnel is very friendly!
An excellent Greek restaurant for those who are looking for traditional Greek food. We do not give quickly a five star rating but because the food is excellent and service was nice it is well deserved. This is not a Michelin star restaurant but it...deserves the rating due to the price quality. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the food.More
sitting is limited and most likely it will be difficult to find a table during weekends. Food is good but very expensive for what the restaurant offers.
Dear Andreas thank you for the review! Hope to see you again soon!
This is another spot we've been to many times, and are finally writing a review for. As others have noted accessibility is quite difficult, and seating in general is limited; however, the food is very good. They've got great souvlaki of multiple types, their Greek...salad is quite good, and the baked feta is a must from the appetizer options. If you are looking for a tasty meal with some great prices to boot, you need to make a stop at Kalamaki Kolonaki.More
Thank you so much for this review! Hope to see you again soon!
Friendly staff, good taste, but the whole area and the restaurant are not good for a wheelchair. Aware.More
Dear Haris, we are aware of the problem you're referring to and we've made some efforts to make our restaurant wheelchair accessible but the narrow nature of the street and the steep angle make it very difficult to install a ramp. Thank you for your...More
