The owner is amazing and the food, all cooked by his wife, is fresh and "interesting". The menu however is extremely small and not very varied. The wines are very good and his helpfulness is really great. Get there at 7:30 sharp to get a...More

what a great experience. Breakfast was exceptional bested only by our waiter Alvaro who was a character, he was as helpful and attentive as you'll ever meet, without being over bearing or annoying. The traditional home made bread "Broa" was incredible.

This café was a great find! Family run with justifiable pride and very friendly. Their home-made breads were a treat (and very unusual) with equally lovely home- made jams. The egg and other breakfast options were also highly rated by the rest of my family....More

We had a breakfast menu in this restaurant, and it was the best we had in all Portugal. On top of everything, the gentleman who attended us was really kind, and the service is outstandingly excellent.

Hi, Anne. I think yes, they do have GF option. They make almost everything by themselves and make effort to ensure good qualities of the ingredients. Hope you will like the food and people there as I did. :)
