Nice chill spot on the beach, where we ended up because you are not allowed on the beach with your dog until September 15. There were some stalls where you could buy something, there was a nice band with live music and they had delicious cheesecake. In short, enjoy.

Friendly staff and fine food. We went here in corona times and still everything was well managed. Food is really ok. Do not expect high cuisine; it is a beach club, but it definitely is one of the best options on this part of the beach.

Had the fantastic idea to go the sea, however weather was terrible. Had to look for some cover. My son choose the burger, excellent choice. I had the bitterballs, best ones till so far!

The four of us had dinner, a bad experience richer unfortunately! We ordered two Penne dishes, a Bavette dish, vegetarian roti and a portion of fries. The Penne dishes were practically cold, with a very cold dry burrata on top. Also the Bavette with vegetables and the fries were almost cold when they were served! The dishes are warmed up by the staff, in the microwave I think because the tasty was off. Very unfortunate, also drowsy that we could not enjoy the food at the same time because the Bavette came back on the table much later than the rest. We actually expected some compensation at checkout, but there was no more mention of it, not welcoming!!! We're not coming here anymore!

The weather was amazing, the atmosphere quite relaxed and it was nice to see people from all ages in and outside this beach pavilion. The staff was friendly and the service quick despite the fact that it was quite busy. The menu offered some nice choices and we enjoyed the mussels and chicken saté.

The location is nice. Parking nearby.
The food was good. Presented nicely .
Drinks were ok, but definetely overpriced. Coffee was nothing special.
The fresh mint tea had one twig with 5 leaves. The ginger tea had two slices of ginger. The water came from the coffee machine and was luke warm at best.
It should not be difficult to serve boiling water!
For that I do not expect to pay €3,50.

Stopped for a quick drink whilst visiting the coast! Yes the coast!! Hard to imagine when you are in Amsterdam centre that 30 mins on the train and you will end up by the lovely beach.
This place is a beach bar serving food and drinks and is warm and friendly inside. Drinks were expensive, 2 x small IPA's total cost 11 euro
Plenty of seating inside or out, we chose in only because it was a bit windy outside.
Nice place to stop if you are in the area.

Stayed here for the day as part of a weekend get together with around 25 others. Service throughout the day was great. All the staff were very attentive to anything we required.
For lunch, we had a selection of sandwiches, salad and fries in which we were able to eat outside due to the great weather. Part of the day we had a number of presentations, and to be honest, isnt really cut out to be an "office space" but it never pretends to be that and we were able to make do.
For dinner, we had the BBQ selection, with our own chef and server. Grilled vegetables, chicken, fish and burgers (veggie burgers too) as well as salad and fries. A good selection and more than enough for everyone. We even finished off with an ice cream.
Really happy with the day, the food and the service. I would definitely recommend and would come back again as part of business or pleasure.

I was craving nachos and when I googled nachos by the beach this place came up. The place is great, ON the beach, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.
However, the WAIT. WOW. We waited for almost an hour for nachos and some chicken (both snack dishes)
However, the nachos were good (They come with sweet and sour chili sauce which I found interesting)
I would go again but already know to not go if in a hurry.

Great place to hang out and dry or be wet. Great staff, great scenery. They could pay a bit more attention to the food - keep it simple but tasty. Nonetheless, great venue. And surfschool adjecent

This place is lovely for everybody. For families or hip young people: you feel at home. There is a surfschool, there are comfertable beds, when it's cold there is a fire place and sometimes they light the fireplaces outside. Nice relaxed music, not to loud. Sometimes they have (live) music.
The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome, the food is good (sometimes biological). You don't need a reservation.

We went here on a very sunny day and couldn't ask for anything more. The vibes were so nice. Very relaxing. We would definitely come back. The falafel was nice, and so was the San Miguel beer.

Other years when we came here food was good. This year (2016) it is terrible. Simple small burger or 'falaffel burger' ( = few falaffel balls on a white bun), served with less than a tablespoon of salad and about 8 chips... for 14 euro!!!
We had to stop at the MacDonalds on our way back home because we were still hungry!
We'll never go to Rapa Nui again, there are enough other beach restaurants that serve nicer food and better portions.
