Stopped here on a Monday night with two work colleagues, restaurant was very quiet but expected after a busy weekend. Waiter was very friendly and seated us immediately, got us our drinks and went onto explain the menu in detail.
From ordering, a steak each of us was in front of us in under 15mins, excellent service ! All steaks were superb and the peppercorn sauce was one of the best I have tasted, would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Hoorn, very reasonable for the quality you received and we will certainly be back.

The name of the restaurant is now changed to La Guapa. The food is very good and the meat is of high quality. Staff is friendly and very helpfull. Also the starters and desserts are good.

I have eaten 2 times at the restaurant, both times I have ordered bife de lomo steak, which was simply amazing.
Staff was new, still learning but extremely pleasant.
Overall very enjoyable experience. Will be returning to try other dishes.

Ended up in La Guapa by chance during the fair in 2022. Very good meal. And now again. Once again a delicious meal. The Sri Lankan owner is very hospitable and nothing is too much. The young people in the service are also funny. Highly recommended.
