It’s fun, entertaining and mouth watering to watch them make chocolate in the back of the store.
You must buy one of their hand cracked chocolate bags, so many choices and the quality is well worth the cost. We ended up with 5 bags.

The chocolate here is divine, and the staff are so friendly. They offered samples of their favorite chocolates, including the dark chocolate with almonds and the milk chocolate. The flavor is decadent, and I'm so excited I left with a bag of chocolate in hand!

Tried the slabs of chocolates in different flavors and loved the orange, salted caramel, almond and the pistachio ones. The staff on duty two different days were helpful and friendly. Even though it may look crowded in the store, we noticed that the line moved quickly to pay.

Last night I bought myself a box of 'praliné classic' assortment. Most chocolates were actually not 'pralinés' but instead some stuffed with creamy, caramel ingredient. Quite misleading indeed. I further looked at the ingredients and noted the chocolates are mostly made of sugar and vegetable oil (including palm oil ! ). I love all type of chocolates but I will not return to this chocolatier.

Had we known about Laderach, we would not have supported them by purchasing any of their product. We now regret the bittersweet experience. Their prices seemed a bit expensive, but we wanted to pamper ourselves. Only recently have we learned specifics about the Laderach brand and are now embarrassed having gifted some. The act of enjoying quality chocolate is not supposed to leave a bitter aftertaste.

I looked on my Trip Advisor app for the best dessert place and it said this was the place to visit. The team at this place are so nice and gave us some great recommendations. I had to leave as I kept buying more and more chocolate. The best part upon my return was sharing what we brought home and everyone loved the chocolate. Great place to stop by and enjoy!

Great assortment of amazing chocolates! Friendly and helpful staff. I was impressed as the staff was so patient with my young kids and advised on which chocolates were safe/not safe for our various allergies - gluten, dairy, tree nuts and peanuts.

Located conveniently on the main shopping street. We bought the chocolate with Macadamia nuts (85 SFR/kg) - fragrant and delicious nuts, chocolate was rather sweet. Staff were friendly.

My local friend recommended this to me. Good chocolate but their milk chocolate can be a little sweet. Most of their products go by weight and it is not cheap :) spend wisely and don't go crazy.

After reading the glowing TripAdvisor reviews, we wandered through Zurich searching for Laderach for chocolate treats to bring back home. We most enjoyed the chocolate sampler pack and the chocolate hearts. Our friends and family liked all of the treats we brought home too!

For me, this is a chocolate mecca! I had made a special journey to go there since trying their chocolates some time ago. It is very expensive but excellent quality.
