Near the Duomo, it’s surprising that this place had quite reasonable prices. Service was nice and friendly and the food was nice, prosciutto tortellini very nice, and sitting outside facing a part of the Suomi was a plus. Great for people watching too!

First, I was somewhat disappointed to see the name of this restaurant. I was in Florence three years ago and again two years ago, and it was then a cafe by the name of Lombardi (my last name). The disappointment was quickly put to rest...More

Wonderful staff who chatted happily about the wine and spoke to us about our holiday. Lovely Courtyard where you can sit with a drink or with a meal. Worth a visit

Lovely staff, excellent food and a marvellous wine museum to the back. There is a beautiful garden room but it was too hot to sit out. The only downside were the awful musicians playing outside!!otherwise superb!!

First of all the staff!!! Sure, they work in boiling Florence for long hours, but they sure didn't look welcoming or friendly, like literally 1 of the 4 I've seen appeared nice. As for the quality of service, that was great and I saw no...More

I stopped to get the crab Alfredo which was decent. You could tell the noodles were fresh and the crab was OK but somewhat fishy. The appetizer looked delicious, but tasted awful. I don’t know if it was that the bread was old or what,...More

Earlier today we ate lunch at a GREAT tourist trap, Trattoria Pointe Vecchio, next to the eponymous bridge in Florence. This evening, however, after a long tiring day, we settled for Ristorrante Pizzeria ‘I Daviddino aka Little David, right next to the Duomo. I ordered...More

We had the #90 salad w/greens, olives, tomatoes and roasted potatoes, plus a pizza. Of course a glass of Chianti and it was delicious. The wine was just the house brand and was still amazing. The amiance was wonderful sitting outside as people stroll by....More

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
