That's the typical high Street restaurant, just of the main road into Vigonza.
During the week, there is a special touristic menu, designed more for the local workforce and lorry drivers who pass nearby Padova.
At the weekend, a la carte menu is in place, slightly more expensive but in line with the expectations from a place like this.
This restaurant it's not classes a first class as it's a Trattoria - a touristic restaurant - but overall the quality is OK. Food was tasty, freshly prepared, in some cases a bit stingy. For instance, I had the "Baccalà alla Vicentina" whose portion ended up in two small pieces.
Service is high standard for this kind of place and kitchen seem organised to despatch all orders at the same time. The host was quite nice.
I definitely recommend you a stop.

With a group of friends, before going to visit the famous museum of Villa Pisani, we chose to spend lunch in this interesting trattoria.
In particular, the mussel clerk was a really tasty appetizer and delicious tomato sauce (they could put a few more but plate ok).
Following the mixed fried fish really good and satisfying, as well as the wild boar stew that I tasted really good.
The final gem of homemade tiramisu was dutiful and proved to be an absolute added value, as a really generous slice and mixture of a really distinctive delicacy compared to usual.
It is definitely a valid place and to be optional if you are in the Padua area.

I ordered two spaghetti with seafood and they served me a blank spaghetti with no. 5 mussels including 3 closed, 3 shrimp a scampi and some mini cuttlefish (hard and chewy!!)
