Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We came by to grab breakfast as we had seen this place several times ,it’s minutes from our hotel and one of a few places that served bacon and eggs My wife ordered that and it came with AMerican coffee fresh oh and fresh fruit...salad The fruit salad was rancid, the coffee was like hot flavored water and the salad it came with was also terrible, tomatoes looked like they had been cut a week ago and the lettuce in the salad was brown I had the continental which was ok except for the fruit salad ,they replaced the fruit salad with pineapple but as to the rest no worth eating hereMore

Went there twice. Cappuccino is tasty and cheap (1,40€). Pastry delicious. The place itself is clean and stylish. The staff is friendly and really quick. Curiously enough there is a kiosk included in the store :)

We stopped in here for lunch as we wandered through the neighbourhood. It was very clean, and the food was lovely. I had a delicious Caesar salad and my mum had a beautiful sandwich roll - it was very reasonably priced for the portions. The...only negative points were that the staff were quite abrupt, and it got quite noisy when another group came in for lunch. Otherwise, I’d recommend coming in!More

We weren’t very impressed with this place. Maybe it was the time we arrived as it appeared to be a place business people go for lunch (weekday 12:30). We wanted a place we could have a nice slow lunch and a coffee whilst we waited...for our train journey. When we arrived it was completely empty and then within minutes the place was full to the point that people were falling over each other. The food came out within seconds of ordering it which implies it may not be very fresh and we felt extremely rushed to finish and get out. Staff weren’t rude as such but didn’t like the way they made us feel or the atmosphere. Felt extremely out of place. The food was very mediocre to.More

Went here on the recommendation of TripAdvisor... maybe other things on the menu are ok :.. I got the New York breakfast.... and was sorely disappointed.... the little bit of bacon ( one slice of streaky bacon cut in half) that fell apart cause it...was crimated (when I try to spear it with a fork it fell apart) joined by two fried eggs along with a salad at half nine in the morning .... there is no other explanation other than they put a salad on the plate to justify paying €15 for this New York breakfast...... if you see this place move on.... you’ll be left hungry and out of pocket ☹️More

Searched a lot of cafe in this block and have chosen this one. Excellent coffee and friendly staff. The mini muffin with chocolate was delicious. For doppio espresso, cappuccino, mini muffin and little white muffin we payed 5 eur. Its medium price range my opinion.

This was located next to our hotel with a charming modern red colored decor - so we went in. They serve stuffed croissants / muffins / pies with coffees / hot beverages and juices. There was a staff shortage with many locals popping in to...takeaway some coffee / light foods so we had difficulty getting their attention as our second round of coffee tasted weird. There was also language barrier as the staff only speak few words of English. Only catch : the Milanese coffee my husband ordered tasted salty as well as my cup of earl grey tea.. Wonder if it's the water they used.. Not quite used to that water flavor.More

I went following Trip Advisors reviews. Unfortunately the time I went was in the afternoon so they hadn't anything to eat, so I settled for a desert and a coffee. I took an apple pie which I found below average in taste an to small...in size. The coffee was real good but still way overpriced.More

Just opened our new Milan office in July. By chance only 50m from Ca' Turati (this is the new name of Lino's Coffee in via Turati). Definitely the best place I ever experienced in Milan for our business breakfast, lunch and aperitivo. Friendly and passionate...staff, a menu that changes daily with fresh specialties presented in a perfect manner and an interesting selection of bakery products made by the chef. Everything at a price well below any competing lunch bar in the premises: you can have a very nice working lunch with just a couple of ticket restaurants. At least the right place in Milan: looking forward to experience the evening proposals (when working hours stretch) which I was told will arrive soon.More

Good place to stop for a quick coffee, pastry or full breakfast. The "American" breakfast is almost comical with all the items you get with it. Good value overall. Really good coffee!

I was walking on Via Turati and saw a crowd at this restaurant for lunch and went in. They had an English menu and offered salads, sandwiches, hamburgers, fish and pasta. The most expensive thing on the menu was 9.50 euros which for Italy is...a bargain. I had a large, fresh caesar salad with a chicken breast, shaved parmigiano and croutons for 8.50 euros. It was delicious! They have seating and a stand up bar with all types of beverages. Areal score!More

We just fancied a coffee and sandwich at about 11am, so saw this place and popped in. Professional atmosphere. Even though we don't speak Italian, we were treated courteously and they spoke English with us. Good coffee and food, nice atmosphere and decent prices. Recommended!
