Stopped here for lunch two afternoons running. Incredible store full of diners and great atmosphere. If you get the chance try the grand board consisting of many different local meats, many made on site, and cheeses. I washed mine down with a very palatable Gewurtztraminer....More

Highly recommend this place for lunch. Lovely wine, fantastic service, and even better food. Good food made fresh by the man/woman behind the counter and all at a very reasonable price. Visited twice whilst in Bologna and it was consistently fantastic. Focaccia is a must!

I would describe this reataurant as typical Italian with cheese boards, wine and yummy focaccia. Enjoyed watching the fresh deli counter and also the prociutto and cheese hanging on the wall. Loved it.

Probably the highlight food wise of our recent trip to Bologna, where the restaurants had underwhelmed us a little. Great ingredients, great service, simply served with good wine. Weird artwork

A great place to taste different type of cold cut and cheese. Personal favourite is their mortadella and truffle cheese.

I can't rave enough how delicate and flavorful their mortadella is. As someone who isn't crazy about the meat, I was won over by Simoni. My partner and I shared a board for lunch that was well presented and thought out. The store is a...More

We went two nights and didn't reserve either night. Not sure if they take reservations. We didn't have to wait at all either time.
