The menu here is typical of Rome, with specials which are only available on specific days of the week. Absolutely delicious!

The restaurant is very nice, and the service is great. The food is very good, and the meat is highly recommended. Pasta is fine, and cacio e pepe is super.

In this traditional and cosy place you can truly eat one of da best bucatino all'amatriciana. A huge portion at a reasonable price. I'm not giving it 5 stars because there could have been a bit more guanciale.

We used this restaurant for corporate entertainment. We had a private room and the waiters were attentive but also left us alone. Good food and wine selection.

Our local tour guide recommended this restaurant. We are from New York but wanted a real authentic Italian meal. This was amazing. All the food was so fresh and the staff was super friendly. Our waiter, Stephano was great! We will come back to Rome...More

Put the house music on replay and you have Testaccio,
an ancient Roman port and former working class
neighbourhood where the bass is set to high almost
every night of the week. Its collection of discoteche
(nightclubs), street parties, and crowded restaurants
give it its well-deserved party reputation. During the
daytime, Testaccio is more easy listening than club
hit, the area is full of locally owned small

Hi Anne Marie, I can tell you the technique. First, clean thoroughly the artichoke removing any hard parts. Place in a pot covered in oil and cook at very low temperature until soft. Remove, dry and bring the oil to max... More
