Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fourth time back and still amazing experience, food, service, wine, atmosphere! Love this place. Amazing food and fabulous wines. Always a special treat to return to when we are in Rome. Thanks for another memorable night!

We have ordered 5 course menu which is not good. The experience for us is poor! Food is just soso and is out of our expect from a Michelin restaurant. They even have wine cork in the wine. Messing our menu choice and didn’t feel...respect form the waiters. Wining paring is not giving us something good but just fair. The waiter are judges and the total experience is very bad! Highly not recommended!!!More

We had the seven course tasting menu with added wine pairing. It was like eating art. Delicious too. Excellent service as expected at a Michelin restaurant. Of course you pay for this culinary experience.

What a wonderful experience all around - from the food to the drinks to the service, I can't recommend this place enough. We did the 7 courses with 5 wine pairings, and each course was better than the last. We really appreciated the level of...service from the staff - they were so knowledgeable and friendly and helped to make our whole experience better. This is definitely a must when in rome.More

Simply outstanding food served at a perfectly relaxed pace. Highlights included shrimp perfectly cooked at the table, quail and a most unusual but brilliantly executed watermelon carpaccio. The sommelier looked after us with enormous attention to detail and we explored some brilliant local and Tuscan...wines, with some mystery puzzles thrown in for good measure. All in all a brilliant, relaxed and exceptionally fun meal!More

An amazing dining experience - all the courses were spectacular! And the recommended wine (Pinot noir) was perfect. We chose the a la carte menu and it was great. Bravo to the chef and the owners! Highly recommended if you are in Rome.More

We made a reservation 2 months in advance to celebrate my wife's birthday and were excited to go and having experienced many there similar rated restaurants. The welcome started in an unfriendly manner not even pulling back chairs for our guests . Once seated you...can not have a martini or a normal gin and tonic as this is not available .... weird!! we rec lived a gin cocktail instead which was not enjoyable. The manager in charge once we were all seated was given us instruction what we can have and not have as we are a table of 6 . I was not informed on this nor was this written on the confirmation I received . The manner of speaking to us was frankly of putting and nothing enjoyable to commence a meal. Zero flexibility........ Ok I understand there is some understanding in this but frankly as a customer I expect a little give ...... Then Trying to get the wine ordered. The sommelier presented an amazing wine list but little help . It was a monday night but you would have thought a smile and some advice would be great. When we ordered he went away but we did not receive our wine until the second course , It was pathetic to say the least. The food was interesting and some dished were great , ingredients complicated and diverse but for example we had to ask for bread which was just plonked on the table , no butters , had to ask for some oil. That took a while and seemed to be frowned upon. The most annoying part was the way we were served . Plated were almost thrown on the table which of course is exaggerated but this is how we all felt , no care was given at all . No one in this restaurant gave a smile or showed any eagerness of service except towards the end the sommelier was a little friendly when we asked for sweet wines but the glasses were never topped up properly throughout and had to continuously ask. The restaurant was kind to put a "birthday plate" down for my wife's which was appreciated but I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone . We had a good time as we were with friends but we were all pretty disgusted how we were treated and do not recommend to go here.More

We found our dining experience to be delicious, innovative, very creative with excellent service and ambiance. Their degustation menu changes often, well paired with an excellent wine list. We chose a marvelous Brunello to accompany our meal. The petit bouches provided between courses were delicious,...well chosen. Of all dishes served, we loved the octopus the best, overall our meal was excellent! Located in a very small street or vincolo close to Piazza Navonna, the interior of this restaurant is modern and minimalistic, with super cuisine! Godere!More
