If you're visiting Rome, then this place is an absolute must visit! We stayed at a hotel a few yards away for 5 nights in September 2020, and it was so good, we went on more than one occasion. It doesn't look like much from...the outside, but go through the door and heaven awaits. The interior is exactly what you want a small intimate Italian restaurant to be, and is a delight to be in. The food however, this can only be described as absolutely spectacular, and this is no fabrication. First night I ordered the spaghetti, typically a boring dish in the UK, but not in Italy, and certainly not here - UK Italian is ruined for me now, the best stuff is here, and was mazing. My wife had the meatballs with black truffle, and just looking at hers made me want them, so naturally when we went back, I ordered this too. The meatballs....You will not find finer meatballs anywhere in Italy, if not the world. Hand made, good portion size, perfectly seasoned, then with a generous amount of black truffle shavings to the top, Just thinking about it is making me want to go back. Yes, the menu is a little on the higher than average side, however, you get what you pay for, and this is certainly worth the price, and I would gladly have paid double for it Everything from the personal friendly service, great...sorry, outstanding food, all topped of with great ambiance, really made our trip extra special. Although we were lucky to get a table twice without a booking, I highly recommend you book in advance, it is a very popular restaurant with repeat custom. Next time in Rome, we will be backMore

We visited today as a group of 4 for lunch. Booked at the last minute online which was very straight forward. The welcome was very warm, a beautifully decorated, clean restaurant. As everyone has mentioned, truffles are the speciality and we certainly weren’t disappointed! From...the bruschetta to start followed by fettuccine, lasagne and ravioli for main-all with black truffle- we loved every mouthful. One of our party had never tried truffle previously and she’s now very much in love with them! Service was very slick, great recommendations on the food and wine front. Very relaxed lunch indeed and when we next visit Roma we certainly be booking again! If you like truffles this is certainly the place to eat.More

What a find .. after some research for a good truffle restaurant in Rome .. I quickly realised that this place was mentioned in pretty much every blog. Rang ahead for a reservation and they managed to squeeze us in .. packed with locals and...they had to turn several couples away so a very popular place. (Reservation recommended!!) Really good vibes .. the staff were great. My partner and I had; parmigiana di melanzane, octopus salad, truffle and porchini fettachini, lobster pasta and finished with rum baba. The food was delicious .. great portions and super tasty. They definitely don’t scrimp on the truffle and prices were very reasonable. If there was one slightly negative thing to say .. our food lacked a little seasoning (but that’s our personal taste). Great evening over all and would definitely come back.More

Brilliant authentic food. And who doesn't love truffle? I recommend the truffle & mushroom ravioli for starter. For main we had truffle lasagne. Excellent choices of wine too.

This place is truffle heaven! The chef came out to see us which was lovely and he gave us his recommendations. Started with the bruschetta and then had the ravioli - both were insane!!! Can't believe how generous they are with the truffle with such...a reasonable price tag. One our best meals in Rome! Would deffo recommend the tiramisu - my favourite one from my trip! A must visit if you appreciate good food!More

Booked based on the strength of the truffle comments and weren’t disappointed. A little off the main drag, but worth the find. Very friendly and welcoming staff, good wine selection and delicious food. Get here.

Located in central Rome and it was a small restaurant with two floors - highly recommend reserving a table as it gets crowded easily. (+) Amazing truffle dishes - the best restaurant I have been to among many others I have visited in Rome. (+)...Excellent service - the ambience was pleasant and the friendly staff made our dining experience very comfortable. The chef even came out to introduce and explain the dishes we ordered. Miss the food here and will definitely return once we can all travel again! :)More
