The restaurant is huge, and when it's full it's incredibly loud.
The garden outside behind the swimming pool is a nice, quiet place to sit. The food is, in keeping with its size, mass-produced food. But it's still not bad.

We took 2 dishes, 1 hamburger for child, and seafood with highest price in menu. Starting with poor service, that we tried to ask waiter for advice and what to take, but he only point out to use translator. Ok, we took what we wanted to try: 1) Hamburger meat was expired. To our remark, the waiter started to prove that beef tastes like that. 2) Seafood with couple of vegetables were all in breadcrumbs, when from menu we only noticed, that one of 2 parts of that plate supposed to be in it, as well as shrimps weren't cleared of shells at all and it wasn't possible to eat. That is not the thing, when you taking the most expensive dish from menu.
At least, restaurant hasn't taken money for expired hamburger, but it was awful experience and we went hungry from there.

We went to Terra because we wanted grilled meats, we were counting on the fact that they have a large grill, which is called a grill shop and that they have the excellent Eataly butcher's shop available.
While waiting for my rare Batava steak and my wife's rare fillet, we were curious to note the fact that most of the customers were taking fried fish or vegetables.
We understood why when the meat arrived which, although requested to be rare, was burnt on the outside and well cooked with only a small pink heart, in short what is normally defined as "well cooked".
Faced with my complaints, they first tried to convince me that it was rare and then, since I clearly argued to them that they were wrong, I proposed to replace the Batavian rib eye with a Florentine steak cooked "in blue", that is, as it should be, just placed on the grill on time to produce the Maillard reaction and inside it is very raw and red.
They bring me a burnt Florentine steak, with a cooked layer of no less than half a centimeter, very hard, inedible (and in fact the cooked part remained almost entirely on the plate), and with the central meat once again pink and not red.
I eat what I can, we ask for the bill and we leave, after having understood that they don't know how to make a grill properly, evidently the embers were too cold and therefore the cooking could only be prolonged beyond what was necessary, and above all we understood why the other customers took the fried foods.
In the unfortunate event that I end up here again by mistake, I'll get the fried food too.

Bad experience, I noticed a notable drop compared to a few years ago. A kitchen that goes ballistic for a request for a change of side dish (provided in the menu). Crazy prices for the poor quality of the dishes. Absolutely to avoid.

having arrived for lunch, we wait at the entrance to take a seat, the restaurant is largely empty, the waiter approaches and tells us: "you have to wait because we have a lot of orders running"... after almost 5 minutes we leave. Question, is it possible to make the customer wait standing?? Is it absurd to think of sitting the customer down with a bottle of water and some bread and then maybe telling them there's a wait??
Without considering that a similar thing happened 2 months ago!
Never again, considering the other negative reviews!
