Unfortunately we only came upon this lovely restaurant on our last evening in Naples. The restaurant was smarter than any we had been to in Naples with a more modern vibe. The food was still traditionally Neapolitan but less predictable than other restaurants we had visited with excellent service and food. The owner let us try a couple of wines before we chose a bottle which is always a nice touch. If you are looking for somewhere serving local food but is a bit more stylish but no more expensive than the usual pizza/pasta trattorias then I would recommend la Brigada.

Very nice restaurant centrally located! It proposes a true Napolitan cuisine. The manager Gianluca is of very good advice and does not hesitate to propose you to discover the typical dishes and wines of his city/region. He also proposes sharing dishes if it can seem too much to eat.

Food was pretty bad - the seafood pasta were poor and with no flavor, the ragu pasta with beef had almost no meat - didn’t even taste like meat, the meatballs were good but they didn’t offer the option to serve them with pasta like we would have wanted. We asked for well cooked pasta and we received it aldente.
The owner was very nice and friendly in the beginning, but didn’t even say goodbye when we left - he looked disturbed with the fact that we didn’t finish our food.
We paid 100EUR for a 4 persons average meal, really not worth it.

We always strive to deliver flavorful and authentic Italian cuisine, so, regarding the meatballs, we apologize for any confusion: while we do offer them as a standalone dish, serving them with pasta is not a traditional Italian preparation, which is why it wasn't offered as an option. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to refine our menu offerings.

We absolutely loved this place!! We were greeted warmly when we arrived (it turned out to be the owner!) and were treated like family from the minute we arrived until the minute we left! The food was delicious! We ordered a few items to share as appetizers and also shared some main dishes so we could all try a variety of home made specialties! He recommended his family’s Sunday dinner dish and also suggested a local wine to accompany our fabulous meal. By the end of our dinner, we just trusted him to bring us his recommended deserts to share as well, all home made, all delicious!! We had lemon pie, “Baba” and my personal favorite, Tiramisu!! When asked about why the Tiramisu looked and tasted so different than we’re used to in the states, he describes how he made it and offered to share his recipe with us!! Wow!!
I recommend this place without ANY hesitation!! 10/10 all day long!! DELICIOUS!!! Run, don’t walk there. It is a relatively small place, so make a reservation so you’ll be certain to get a seat.

Last night we had dinner at Brigida. It was one of our nicest culinary experiences. The freshness and aroma of the delicious Napoletan food, the way Gianluca welcomed us, the rapidity of the service, all of this transformed a simple dinner into a fantastic culinary experience.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and was an excellent jewel of a find. GianLuca, the hospitality manager, greeted us as we arrived and the staff were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.
We were there with some Japanese friends and they were equally impressed; the food, ambience, staff ... and price ... were incredible.
We would definitely recommend this restaurant and when we return to Naples we will certainly go back.

We stopped by for a delicious lunch! The food was great and the service was even better. Gianluca was great! Would definitely recommend for those who want to explore the Napoletana culture. Also, would highly recommend the frittura mista appetiser :).

It was a very pleasant experience! The food here is delicious, and high quality. We had for the entry a Bruschetta and Eggplant Parmigiana, and for the main course a Tagliata and Genovese. All the food was great and the service was great. I highly recommend.

Quiet atmosphere amidst a busy town. My girlfriend and I had 3 courses each. Every bite was incredible! The waiter had excellent recommendations for each course. I highly recommend the eggplant parmigiana. It was unbelievable! Come eat here!

My husband and I happened upon this little gem while perusing Naples. Beautiful restaurant with fantastic service. The owner is amazing and takes great care of his customers, restaurant and food. Best octopus we’ve ever had and great pasta fish dish.

This was the best dining experience in Napoli. The dishes were excellent, the portions were perfect and the service was lovely. Gianluca went to the moon and back to make sure we get what we wanted. On a scale of 5 I’d give 10. Thank you, Gianluca🤍
