The best dishes for me was the arrosto and boiled scampi, risotto and bruschette. The prices are low and the quality is great. Do not expect a fancy place. Real italian fish restaurant for the local people. We payed e 20 pp for a great...mealMore
Why I recommend to try Del Porto for lunch or dinner? Because of the very amazing pizza's we 've seen there (although we travel so much in Italy for so many years and prefer places undiscovered by other non-italian tourists, so very seldom surprised) and...pasta based dishes. This may not be haute cusine but the locals liked it and came in masses on a normal week day, so it must be good!
We liked the main dish very much although the antipasti could be better. Stay with the house specials and you will not be dissapointed!More
I went with a group of 25 university students of different nationalities and the service was not as great as it should have been. We had been there 2 years ago and had come back with a much better impression than this time around. The...appetizers were not as abundant as the previous time and the 2 first servings (a rice dish and a pasta dish) were also somewhat limited in terms of the portions. We left with a bit of hunger in our bellies... The lemon sherbet was excellent but, here again, in small amounts. The house wine is nothing to die for.More
