This restaurant is a gem for the quality of food, eclectic atmosphere and also reasonable prices for the quality of the food , much better than some other sea view places that can not compare with this place The first time we had the 5...course menu , chef’s choices ,which was amazing , fresh , delicate , a perfect fusion of flavors, and with included wine was 170 euros for 2 people . Compare with lunch at a beach bar that will cost pretty much around the same level and so much poorer quality and choices! The second time around we had the 4 course menu where you can choose your courses and the chef never dissapoints !! The restaurant is a little away from crowded tourist areas but offers ambiance, quite and elegant place! Strongly recommend when in Cannes! L.CMore

I was there with my family. In the beginning everything was just fine , we had a nice appetizer. Then we had fish as main course. During the dinner I have noticed a hair in my plate, which obviously wasn’t mine. (I have none). I’ve...called the waiter and showed him. He took the plates, he brought us the dessert (which weren’t eatable even for the kids) and he kept acting as nothing occurred. I have asked him, if he understood what just happened. He smiled very polite, but no excuses from him or the chef. We were just astonished, we have paid and left. Regarding the atmosphere was very poor and cheaply done with Ikea decoration.More

I've lived in Cannes for seven years, yet for some reason I have never eaten at La Toque D'or. The food is simply brilliant, all presented in such a beautiful way. It's no surprise the restaurant is in the Michelin guide - while the dishes...are extremely high quality and 'fancy', the restaurant is not pretentious and rather relaxed for such a fine-dining establishment. The service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back - one of Cannes' best restaurants for sure.More

Lovely welcome, food good, somewhat adventurous and tasty, but not much choice due to a fixed menu, However, I do understand why small establishments do that as they seek perfection. If you're OK with a menu that only has 3 starters and 4 main courses...you'll be fine, and in fact one of our party is a vegetarian, and they made something off-menu for him that was very good.More

My husband and I have encountered this restaurant by chance and we are very pleased to have tried to dine at this place. The service was very friendly and efficient. We did not mind the surprise menu and it turned out to be the best...menu ever. The food itself was very well-made and presented, the best cod fish I have ever had. The decor and ambience could be better, however, I liked the well-spaced tables and comfortable chairs. If you are open-minded, wish to learn and be inspired, we definitely recommend this restaurant.More

Local rather isolated. It appears clean and refined. Well spaced tables. It is run by a couple, husband in the kitchen wife in the hall. The surprise menu does not allow any choice, only the number of courses and meat or fish base. In practice...it is a fixed menu that is the same for everyone. The dishes are cured in appearance but the flavor does not follow. We have not even finished the dessert with berries. We expected an exit from the kitchen for the obvious explanations but it did not happen. Price certainly expensive in proportion.More

Small restaurant with perfect food. It is a good place for a fine dining. All the dishes was amazing, service fast and polite. Definitely recommended to visit! The restaurant located in five minutes walk from the tourist zone so it is even more pleasant for...a nice dinner with family, partner or even for business.More

This family run restaurant is very cozy and service is really good. It was interesting with the surprise menu where you only have a say on if you want fish or meat. They off course ask if you have allergies. I got tuna as a...starter, turbot as main dish and 4 cheeses as desert. Just what I like! The food was beautifully presented and tasty and the waitress was very skilled and service minded. On top of this the decor and athmosphere is really relaxing and there are only 8 to 10 tables so the sound level is low. The only negative was the prices. The food and wine is overpriced compared to other restaurants even in Cannes.More

I booked this restaurant following the positive reviews on trip advisor. We have visited a large number of the restaurants in Cannes over the last 17 years and we will not be making a return trip to this establishment. I booked the 55 Euro in...advance as we were celebrating a birthday. On arrival I was told they were not doing this menu because it was the Cannes Film Festival and the only menu available was the ala carte. The restaurant choose not to inform us in advance. The meal cost 225 Euro for 2 people for 3 courses including a not very expensive bottle of wine. It was just not that good at the price. There are numerous restaurants in Cannes where you can get better food at a similar if not a lot less cost. Overall the service was ok but nothing stood out. We expected a lot better.More
