My wife and I ordered Ham & Cheese and Chicken & Cheese Crepes, 2 sodas, & 6 pieces of beignets (mini donuts) and only cost us 21 Euros. Not bad!
We then took our treats to the park across and ate it there.

My husband and I recently stayed the week in Paris and we went back to Happy Caffe everyday during our stay. The quality and price is unbeatable. It’s a small establishment so you can’t sit but if you can stand for a minute or take it to go you won’t regret it! The owner is a very kind man. The locals and tourists both enjoy this place. The crepes are made fresh to order. You can also enjoy a croissant and a cafe espresso at a very good price. If you’re in the area or need a quick satisfying bite you must go to Happy Caffe! It’s perfection.

After my family visit to the Louvre Museum, we wanted a simple & quick meal before our next stop. We reviewed Happy Caffe online and decided to give them a try given it was a short distance from the museum. We were welcomed with open arms & the Happy Caffe staff gave us excellent customer service & great crepes. Also, for the price you can’t beat it given the surrounding food options. A must visit if you are in the area....

This is a tiny little storefront shop on rue de Rivoli. We stayed at a hotel right down the street. This place has the best Crepes! Every morning my husband would go out to get us coffee and crepes from this place and it was always amazing. Later in the day, after touring or after dinner would would stop back for snacks, water, wine - they have everything. Also, the owner is Super Nice and Friendly. He makes you feel like you have known him forever. I tried and recommend the nutella crepe, the nutella banana crepe and the ham, cheese and egg crepe. All amazing! Excellent Service, Excellent Food, Excellent Value.

Visited here after reading recommentations on trip advisor. Wasnt disappointed. Got 2 lovely freshly made buttered and sugar pancakes and a coffee for €7.90, amazing value for paris especially this area as it's full of Highend shops and the galleries across the road. Well worth stopping off..

We hesitated and the owner made us laugh, saying that for the price of a cup of coffee elsewhere, we would have the best crepe in Paris.He was correct, if immodest: we split a perfectly prepared ham and cheese crepe, plenty for two good eaters, and had a large sparkling water--it came to something like 7 Euros. We're going again for breakfast tomorrow. Clean, cheerful, and got very busy as we ate. Recommend fully.

Whether it be a meat or veggie filled baguette, some pastries, a bottle of wine, snacks and soft drinks, and especially crepes, Happy Cafe is our "Go-To" place. Tiny but stocked with all things good, we always drop in on our way back to our hotel. The owner and his side kick are wonderful people and always do a little something special for us whenever we're the. Simply put, we love Happy Cafe!

It’s a really cute restaurant located right next to the Tuileries Gardens, and there are chairs inside and outside the restaurant. The crepes were pretty good and a great size for the price, around 8 euros, and it was cheaper to take out, making it really convenient to grab and go to the park right next door. The shop also sold little cups of fruits and drinks. However, when I was there with my friends, who are all around 21 years old, the older man behind the counter started flirting with our group, going as far as to call one of our friends his “girlfriend” despite the obvious age gap between us, and we had no choice but to stand there and wait for our food while he flirted with us. The food is good for the price, but if you’re a young female, be aware of that.

This place has a very nice staff and delicious snacks. The guya go out of the way to make you happy. My daugher had nutella spoons (cheap move ;) ) given to her every time we passed by. They have 1 euro bananas and 2.5 euro delicious muffins.

The shop is almost like a small dairy with ice cream, baked goods, and drinks ready to go. They also make crepes to order.
We came by after dinner to grab some dessert. They also do have savoury ones and we grabbed a couple for breakfast the next day. The owner was really friendly and joked around which was really nice. They only had one crepe cooker so we had to wait a bit to get our order of 5 crepes. I had the Nutella and coconut crepe which was tasty and a nice sweet finish. The thin and crispy crepes were filled with lots of Nutella sprinkled with lots of coconut. The crepes were decently sized so it was quite filling. The best part was that it was so cheap.
They are a really nice place to come and grab a snack. They don't have tables so it is just grab and go. In good weather, it is a nice place to grab some food to eat in the Tuileries Garden across the road.

Exceptional service, the personnel were very nice and polite. They recommended me this one sub sandwich and it was tasty. All together the sub and a drink cost me 7.50 euro which is a very cheap price for a meal that made me full. I would recommend the cafe as long as you’re not too many people as there’s not that much space.

We stopped by today in between a visit to the Louvre and the Orsay. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor I took my kids there. What a nice lunch we had! The owner is bubbling over with personality and the food was EXCELLENT! Two had the pasta and chicken bowl, one had the chicken Kabob sandwich and one had a tuna sandwich (which were really like subs because they were on excellent baguettes.) In addition the owner was so nice to give the kids and I a tiny donut that actually was amazing, it was filled with caramel. My daughter said they were only like 3 for 2 Euros and if I pass by there again we will get more!

Paris is a beautiful City but can also be very expensive. Thankfully the Happy Caffe is here to serve the citizens of the world with tasty affordable food and drinks. All served with good humour and a lot of love from the man himself. We ate here everyday for Breakfast during our stay.

Had a late night meal of 2 Nutella banana crepes and tuna sandwich. Crepes were tasty and generous portions of Nutella and fresh bananas. The tuna sandwich was also very good and tuna was high quality. Will come back again. Haha ate it and forgot to take a pic.

Save money and grab a Paris breakfast here! Average $8 Euros per person, comfy outdoor seating, they can serve you or you can take it to go. We came twice, before we were headed out to other places. Good option for an inexpensive breakfast with coffee/hot cocoa.
