Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is busy and we could only secure a table outside the restaurant, which was disappointing as we wanted to avoid the smokers. That, however, was the only disappointment of the evening. The pizza was exceptional: thin crust with seemingly fresh ingredients. The bill for...two, including a bottle of wine, seemed very reasonable for such fine food.More

We had first visited here 18/19 years ago and been back a couple of times back then having loved it. We wanted to take the children and having spent a holiday in the alps then Troyes was a good spot to stopover on the way...home. We had booked thank goodness and they accomodated us running late. It’s been extended since the early days and was full. A lovely waitress looked after us so well without hesitation. The pizzas were still the best we have had, so much so the boys had a second one to share!!! Thin or thick crusts offered. Some lovely wine and a dessert to share topped it all off. If you like pizza then this is the place for you. Only one very small criticism is that the font on the menu is quite small and feint making it very hard to read even with my glasses on! With so many ingredient choices it took some time - but worth it.More

Great food and a great service. You know a good restaurant when it’s booked solid and they for you in! Pizzas great and pudding was… banana split. What’s not to like!

Fancy a pizza today? Look no further! Pizzeria Guiseppino is the best in Troyes. Fresh ingredients, original recipes and thin crust. They are delicious! My favorite: The Burrata 👌🏼 Every visit is a treat! The restaurant itself is cute and authentic and the staff is...lovely. Based in the heart of the « Bouchon », the location is great.More

Don't forget to come early or reserve your table, as this place is quite popular. And at last an Italian with some real spicy oil :-)

We go through Troyes quite often and had seen how busy this restaurant is on previous occasions. It's a friendly kind of place where you can go as a group or on your own. The staff are very professional and the restaurant is extremely well...run. We spoke French but the staff do speak english if required. The pizzas are very thin crust and delicious. It opens at 19.30 and fills very quickly. We will certainly book next time. It is good value and is located in the Old TownMore

We were 4 people for lunch and it was a great experience. The place is a bit small and dark, but it greatly compensates with quality food and an excelent service. A place to repeat without any doubt!

Casual place with lots of outside seating. Run by a small staff that works very hard and very attentive and quick service. I had a pasta dish that I can’t stop thinking about. Very affordable and quality food. It’s no wonder it was so busy!

This was such a great find whilst in Troyes! The service was fantastic despite the restaurant being so busy! We went early but I’d definitely recommend booking! Fantastic wine, pizza and pavlova in a beautiful building in one of the bustling side streets. From who...I assume was the owner we had an extremely friendly welcome. We tried (although badly) to speak in French however everyone who worked there had perfect English. Embarrassing for us but fantastic that they were so confident using it! Highly recommend!More

We had a stop in our road trip to eat in Troyes, we were surprised to find such a good quality restaurant in a small, out of the way town. The service was great and the atmosphere relaxed. I specially reccomend la Saltimbocca Romana, and...the pizzas are all amazing.More

This was our third visit over the last 5 years and the pizzas are still as good - thin base with good toppings. We hadn't booked on Saturday evening so decided to go along at 7:30pm and were just in time for an inside table...- a few minutes later and 9:15 was being offered. We will be back next time that we pass through TroyesMore

Location In the historic old town, easy to find. We visited on a Wednesday evening, when this was one of the few restaurants that looked busy. Food We had a pizza & a prawn, cherry tomato & burrata pasta. A glass of champagne & a...bottle of Italian wine. The pasta sauce was really good, though the pasta itself was heavy. The pizza was fine. The prices were fair. The wine list was short. Service Our waitress was really good, really sweet, spoke English The room Mixture of high & low seating. Decorated in a modern style.More
