Food is fabulous - not everything on the menu was 'my thing' however I ate pretty much everything! Wine pairing is worth it. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable without any pretence. It is a wonderful little secret in the East End!

The full tasting menus is just like a rough copy by a barber from a Michelin chef’s Instagram, cheap ingredients only brought bland taste. The bread was stone hard outside and steaming inside, obviously microwaved. The main dish is just bland and gross. 2 desserts...More

One of the best restaurants in Glasgow by a mile. Excellent, and I'm hard to please. Every dish was excellent.

Been a wee bit busy so just getting round to writing this after our visit on 24th August. This was our fourth visit and, although it has always been excellent, this was the best yet. It might actually be the best meal I’ve ever had....More

Came here for a special meal in honor of our 35th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. Literally everything was amazing. For our 25th, we had a personal chef prepare a multi-course meal in an Italian villa. Bilson Eleven exceeded that experience.

Hi Sian. The matching wines are £50 per person and include a paired wine for each course selected by our head sommelier Mark. The reserve wine pairings are generally matching wines of a higher quality (better vintage... More
