Called in for a quick drink. This is a grubby old pub in Leeds city centre. A pint of IPA and a large G&T. They charged £10:45.! This is Leeds not LondonMore

Went to watch the Lions game and was good positions to watch the game and not at all crowded. Was a really pleasant place to go for beer. Good range of drinks too and the bar staff were very friendly.

Located along Kirkgate is this wonderful pub called The Palace Pub,an absolutely amazing pub my twin brother Stephen and I chanced upon as we were visiting Leeds Minster. This pub looks superb, the interior is very traditional, multi roomed, tv's to enjoy the sport and,...pubby decor and furnishings, nice wall art and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside looking out onto the Beautiful Leeds Minster and Penny Pocket Park. We were here on a Monday late afternoon, we track and traced and sanitised our hands and we were allocated a table were a very pleasant member of the bar team took our order of a bitter from Black Sheep Brewery, served in pristine condition, we settled back, enjoyed the Euro's being shown on the big screen and sipped our delicious bitter. My bitter was so good,a smooth bitter, hints of caramel, very easy to drink and on a hot afternoon a totally refreshing brew, it was just so good being in such a lovely pub enjoying a quality brew with my twinny. We really enjoyed our bitters in here, only stayed for the one each before moving on and for a first time visit to The Palace Pub we had a wonderful time. The Palace Pub is easy to locate along Kirkgate very close to Leeds Minster. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 10am till 11.30pm. Friday, 10am till Midnight. Saturday, 9am till Midnight. Sunday, 9am till 11pm. A wonderful pub, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area near Leeds Minster.More

The Palace on Kirkgate is a brilliant pub in Leeds that offers a superb food and drinks range and is another great pub to visit in Leeds. Housed in a former timber merchants this superb pub is tastefully decorated throughout the whole interior with excellent...seating options and lots of TV screens dotted throughout the pub. We had just visited the excellent Duck&Drake on Kirkgate and on recommendation decided to go here for a few beers. On entry we gave our track and trace details and took our seat in one of the booths and as it's only table service at present one of the staff took our order of a couple of pints of Bitter from the Black Sheep brewery which were perfectly served and really well priced This is a fantastic pub and I wish we had stayed a bit longer as the beers where superb and the pub itself is a joy to visit as the staff were very friendly and helpful.Easy to find from Kirkgate High Court bus stop it's a few minutes walk. (This is my first review of the Palace). Opening Hours. Monday-Thursday-11.00-23.00. Friday-Saturday-11.00-00.00. Sunday-11.00-23.00. Hours May Differ From Above Due To The Covid 19 Restrictions. Nearest Bus Stop. Kirkgate High Court bus stop.More
