Great venue superb service. Fantastic food I never thought sprouts could make an interesting and tasty fish. The baked cod was sublime. The chorizo and beans was properly tomatoey. The bread was fresh hot and served in generous portions. Even the Portuguese custard tarts were...More

A great find. Friendly & welcoming. Lovely surroundings. Very good food at a reasonable price. Our Austrian relatives loved it & were very impressed with the food.

Lived in Sherwood for almost twenty years and I have to say this place is a little gem. Coffee was lush, the BLT with avacodo was lush, a hint of spice made it perfect. Service is fantastic, the staff here are genuine and attentive. I...More

The seating was spacious and comfortable. The decoration was pleasant. Service was good. You can often tell how much the operator cares about an eating place by how clean and tidy its toilet is. The toilet was immaculately clean. Food was excellent. I enjoy the...More

I went in as a treat to myself after volunteering nearby but unfortunately it had quite the opposite effect. I walked in to what I can only assume was the manager, talking to his staff members terribly and being very rude. This man hardly acknowledged...More

Some of the best tapas I’ve ever had. Really, really delicious. Great atmosphere too - really friendly, helpful staff. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Daughter home from Edinburgh so decided to take her to lunch at this gem of a cafe. We had pasta and meat balls, delicious tea and home made lemon cream choux bun and carrot cake! What a yummy scrummy treat! One of Nottingham’s best cafe’s.

Went for a relaxed evening with a friend to try the tapas. We were not disappointed. Two tapas and bread + oil/vinegar for £10 was great value. Huge amount of delicious bread and two good sized tapas. No need for anything else so plenty of...More

We visited The Bakehouse to meet up with a couple of friends. I had been before and enjoyed the coffee, but the bacon sandwich I had was cold. I put it down to an off day. However, this time we waited 20 minutes to be...More

I went in one afternoon for a cup of coffee and was very unsatisfied with the customer service. The tall baul man gave off a very unpleasant vibe and seamed quite arsey. The coffee tasted burnt and teacake was stale. 0/10 would not go again.More

Thank you for your review. Just because we’re in the service trade doesn’t mean we deserve to be spoken to the way you did to me and my team. We have a zero tolerance approach to rudeness towards our staff, as no one should be...More

Description
We are a Nottingham based artisan bakery serving breads and cakes freshly made on site in our open plan bakery. We also have a cafe space where you can sit and enjoy a range of salads and sandwiches alongside a fine cup of 200 Degrees coffee. In the evenings we transform in to a Micropub showcasing some of Nottingham's fantastic breweries, as well as some great wines, gins and whiskey!
