I find this restaurant quite poor value for money. If you like plenty of food then maybe. If you want high quality ingredients and want to be impressed by a chef talent for lifting a dish to a high level seek elsewhere. I love rustic...More

This is your second review coming form your visit back in October 2018. We consider your attitude completely disrespectful and profoundly bullied. You made your point on your first review, that’s your opinion, not the general public. We respect that, so respect ours. Shame on...More

Exceptionally good food, great menu, excellent service, friendly, very cosy restaurant. One of the best Italians in London. Highly recommend. Very generous portions too. Definitely will return.

Smart place, Top pasta n veal, generous with the lobster tail, portions were big enough to keep Andre the giant in check. Service averagi, but no real complaints. Obviously pricey, but no more so then anywhere else in London. All in all, cracking spot to...More

We were recommended to visit Da Paolo and we could not have had a better meal. The service was attentive, but not intrusive. The food was excellent and the pasta was wonderful. The portions are generous, so when we go again, we might consider sharing...More

The staff was a bit unaccommodating but the food was quite alright. the lobster was good and the pasta was nice *the one with truffles was the best). Nice interior and a very small but cozy outside area.

Small, cramped but cozy Italian a few mins from Goodge St station. Service felt a little cold and chaotic, but the food - nice homecooked Italian - was satisfying. Cute ambience and we didn't feel rushed at all. A nice place to spend an evening...More

This traditional Italian restaurant, reputed as “A village restaurant in the heart of London”, prides itself on its 'family run' feel yet maintains an air of professionalism when it comes to the service and the authenticity of the food. It feels like home – if Italy is where you're from. It offers the kind of meals a mother would be proud of. The decor creates an intimate ambience with antique furniture and pictures making it an ideal business venue at lunch and perfect for a romantic dinner a deux by night. Patrons who can be found here are a host of regulars, celebrities, tourists on the trail to and from the nearby British Museum and theatre luvvies. The regulars are a-plenty, for the place tends to bring you back, just like Rome's Trevi Fontana. Menu highlights include Crab Meat and Prawns Salad, Risotto Salsiccia & Barolo, Pappardelle with duck meat & Sage, Whole Grilled Seabass, a Prime Scottish Beef Filet with Blue Cheese and a the traditional Tiramisu which is a must to try. But don't worry, if your favourite dish is not there, Our senior chef’s are more than happy to accommodate your request! We cater for any occasion and up to 35 people on our private room. T & C Apply. This is the place where you can enjoy a relaxing evening out. In fact, you will relax so much you won't want to leave!
