First serving of my full English was cold. 2nd attempt was better, but the sausages were cheap, bacon streaky and flaccid. Poached eggs cannot be substituted for a fried egg despite fried eggs being available on other menu items. The only reason for 2* was because my companion said his pancakes & bacon were good.

Nice place for coffee but bit overpriced

Very good coffee! Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Coffee is a bit overpriced (around £5) but worth to try the ice coffee. They also have a great pastry.Great place to sit down and relax with coffee and some pastry, I'm definately comming back there

Food was good but service needs improvement

I've been in this place twice. First time I came no blended drinks as blender is not functional, came back the second time same issue. During our first and 2nd visit staff was no where to be found. Been seating for more than 10mins no one came to us to gave the menu. Have to stand and approach the staff to ask for the menu. When it's about time to take the bill, I still need to stand as there were no staff to be found. As pizza, coffee and cakes are good. Please improve your customer service

Awful service ... Worse customer experience ever ... I bought 3 cakes for a birthday lunch and the bread for the day . I ordered the cakes 1 week in advance and they were not even ready on time . No excuse , no apologies at all ... I requested to have Happy Birthday written on the cakes and they wrote Tiramisu instead. They have damaged the Honey cake when they placed it inside the box . I asked if I could get my bread sliced and they told me that they are not offering that service . I used the buy my coffee and pastries every morning from this place but I have learned a good lesson. Never again !

Bad customer service

I booked a table to celebrate our anniversary and I mentioned that also in the booking reservation via email, but despite this we received a bad customer service. They seated us to a table, and then moved us to 2 different tables, the last one we were seated in was uncomfortable as I am also pregnant and next to the toilet. They could have thought about a better alternative. We have ordered 3 starters and one of those was stone cold, and when we received the bill the price was even higher than expected as in the menu there was an offer for 3 starters which was not applied. Not recommended!

Me and my boyfriend visited Berra Cabot for breakfast. Although the location is very nice, service and quality of food are not worth the money. There is no flexibility with the menu, as the chef refused to swap poached eggs for scrambled even though scrambled eggs are on their menu and they would not prepare a focaccia sandwich without mushrooms. The poached eggs were hard boiled, the coffees were cold and although we ordered cappuccinos there was no froth. We never received the water we ordered and it took over 15 minutes to get the bill. The place appears to be very understaffed and we could see other customers around us having a similar experience with wrong orders, wait time and similar. For the prices they have this place leaves much to be desired. Will not be returning.

Horrible staff, busy and not chill at all

First they harassed my wife for sitting down, while I was making an order. Then once I had bought several items and came back to sit down they told us we can’t sit there cause we had take-away cups. Even though no one asked me if I wanted take-away or sit in. Also there is no price difference. Horrible place. Never coming back

Terrible. Service is extremely poor. Food is ok but nothing special. Every time I been there they were missing items from the menu and waited for us to order everything just to come back and be like “oh actually we don’t have this and that”. They also refused to change our eggs from poached to scrambled because “the chef said so”. Never coming back.

Horrible experience

Has been really an awful experience the one I had on the 21/06/21. My fiancé and I walked in for a quick breakfast. We decided to go for the table service. We had two sandwiches (one with meatballs and one with chicken) and a couple of coffees. Sandwiches were not fresh at all, the meat for meatballs tasted like a old kebab. My fiancée asked for a soya decaff cappuccino which came out with an horrible grainy foam which I never had in my life. My espresso was burned as hell. The service has been just poor, no napkins, cutlery or tap water have been offered. Really disappointed. That's definitely not an italian place. You got to train much better your staff (Foh and boh), cause that's not what customers expect.

I am so glad this place has reopened again! This cafe holds a very special place in my heart and the drinks and food is to die for. I was recently served my Lorrie who was so lovely and took on my particular requests in such a kind professional manner. She went above and beyond! Thank you once again :)

I came across for the second time at Brera coffe shop in Cabot Place in Canary Wharf and I have been served by Lorena. The bar was full of customers: she was taking orders, serving customers and taking payments at the same time. She was very professional and her service was excellent ! Fast, attentive and kind! Also her grooming was perfect, she was clean, simple, with tided hair! Nowadays we come across with severs with long nails, fake eyelashes and hair all over the place…. Unbelievable! Lorena she was really presentable and outstanding! She is a real asset for your bar!!!

Staff not wearing face mask and Chef touching his face

Sometimes staff wear face mask, sometimes they don't... which is unacceptable. Also, when queuing, I saw the chef with a black beard touching his face and beard, and then touching the food without gloves...Please!!! We are in the middle of a pandemic, how can you be so careless?

Rude, slow staff

We have previously visited and I have to say that the croissants, coffee and tea are amazing. We visited today and walked out as the staff were totally uninterested in serving us. There was only us and the customer on front of us and the person that was serving couldn’t have been slower. There were lots of other staff, none of which offered to help her. Wouldn’t spend my money there now even if the food is good.

Shokingly bad service! Let me rephrase, NO SERVICE worthy to mention!

We went there today to find that we could only have table service. The place was half-full. We ordered and the waitress (pony tail) as very busy with her phone. So busy she had no intention of paying any time for her customers. Our two coffees were ready, so the bell rang. In the meantime a friend of the waitress come up and they were talking and talking and the bell rang again and they talking. Then they went walked up talking to the exit and they still ignored the bell. I hoped that there was another waitress doing her job, but no, she seemed to be the ONE! When we clearly looked like we were going to collect our cold coffee, she finally made it over.. and then disappeared again to start talking to the coffee making guy. In the meantime a couple of businessmen wanted the bill, but she was still talking not paying attention to her customers! They had to chase her to pay! Is this brand run by children or what?! We had one Cortado, one coffee/milk and this came to about £10!!!!! with 0.80 pence for service. I would really walk away from Brera. What a total disgrace.!

I have never come across such rude members of staff. The service is appalling. The coffee is served cold and tastes of only milk and no coffee. When asked for the coffee to be hot they simply heated it in the cup it was in! Its overpriced and I certainly wouldn't recommend it. Perhaps the manager needs to evaluate its staff members. P.s the staff should be wearing masks at all times!
