Fika is a coffee stop GEM. Rob the barista is a laugh and friendly with great knowledge and character. I ordered a flat white which I’d usually have with two sugars at other well known establishments - but here no need!! The coffee is a taste sensation which is a compliment to Rob who sources, grinds and loves his coffee. The venue is a Nut-free zone and serves Vegan cake delights which are baked fresh daily locally (recommended). This is a must-stop venue for any coffee lover!! Do not miss out on this gem!

Hands down the best coffee in Bournemouth… Rob and the team at Fika are all evidence that with enough passion, dedication, sweat and tears, even the most humble of beginnings can lead to greatness.
They make it their responsibility to source and roast their own beans ensuring that the flavour profile is unmatched with each and every sip. Whether you want a simply perfect espresso or a fluffy cappuccino, Fika provide the perfect cup of coffee every single time.
Their customers are all super advocates of the amazing brews pushed across the counter on a daily basis and I couldn’t disagree , I would definitely recommend going if you have not before :)

Had a lovely experience here this morning. Usually I would order a soya latte, the gentleman explained why he doesnt stock soya and tempted me to try the oat milk instead. Woweee what an amazing coffee I have just had.! He has fully converted me. Simple divine. Will pop in for a coffee every time I am in the area. The sweet treats looked scrummy and my biscoff bun was extremely delicious 😋. Thank you.

We were looking for a nice early morning coffee and this was definitely it! The place is inviting, cosy and tidy. Rob was just great: friendly, professional, enthusiastic and don't be fooled, he's not a barista that only makes coffee he also roasts it and mixes 3 types of them to give you a special blend. We felt well taken care of. If you want to try the out of this world lotus cinnamon buns try to go as early as possible promise you won't regret it!!

Fikä will ruin all other coffee. When you walk through the door you instantly feel welcome, it is more than just another coffee shop. The coffee, biscoff buns, atmosphere and constant traffic of different dogs makes it the place to go to escape the world and treat yourself to a slice of cake. Go on your own or with friends and you will end up talking to people from all different walks of life and leave feeling recharged and ready for whatever your day has in store. If these words aren’t recommendation enough, this fluffy pooch will now drag me across Bournemouth until we reach the shop, his favourite puppuccino spot.

Enjoyed a trip here with my Mum, sister and niece and Fika catered for all of our tastes from London Fog tea to Vanilla milkshake! I enjoyed a warm pain au chocolat and the staff were very attentive. I even picked up some of their shop roasted beans to create a similar coffee experience at home. I have not been disappointed by the quality of the beans and will definitely be returning. The packaging can even be reused in store for 10% discount!!!

Just here to repeat what everyone else has said about this place. I can be fussy and hard to please, but everything about this place impressed me. Firstly the service was really warm, friendly and welcoming. I had a flat white, which was strong, tasty and the perfect temperature so I could drink it straight away. Finally, the cinnamon roll was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely pop in to this place whenever I’m in Bournemouth. Got my morning off to a great start :-)

A little coffee shop with a big heart. Rob is one of the best coffee makers in town, he’s warm, friendly funny, and really makes you feel welcomed….and the cinnamon buns are absolutely delicious!

Fika is the gem of Bournemouth! Undoubtedly the best coffee in the UK and paired with their fresh cinnamon rolls I defy anyone to show me a better way to start the day! The café is tastefully decorated and Rob never fails to put a smile on his customers faces.

Traveling down from Lincolnshire for the weekend for a family wedding we needed a quick coffee to start the Saturday. My partner brought back amazing coffees and the biscoff cinnamon buns - it was so good we made a pit stop again on the Sunday morning before heading home.
Great coffee, lovely atmosphere, would be my go-to for any tourists or locals wanting a new spot to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.

I'm local to the area and WOW I've been recommended to this place by several people. So glad I've finally come here.
Service is amazing! Such a lovely and polite young man.
Best coffee, it's not burnt, it's beautifully presented.
The salted caramel blondie cheesecake was INSANE.
I will be returning!

Fika has been my favourite place to go to since opening last year. I can’t express how incredible it is, from the coffee and cakes, to Rob who is such a lovely human being. You’re always warmly welcomed and there’s nothing better than Fika’s matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup for me 🤪 quality is definitely guaranteed. A must-visit place if you live in Bournemouth or are down for a trip. Atmosphere is like no other, welcoming and cosy. Keep it ip Rob xx

The owner of Fika, Rob, roasts all the beans locally. You can definitely tell in the quality of the coffee- it’s incredible. There’s a strong coffee culture in and around Bournemouth, Fika comes out on top by miles. Not to mention the incredible teas and freshly made cakes available, and the fact that Rob always delivers the friendliest, kindest service no matter what. Wish I could rate 10 stars instead of just 5.

Stopped by for a coffee at the crack of dawn after a friend told me about this place - we were greeted by the friendliest guy and the BEST coffee!
We boxed up two cakes after being a bit too keen for the cinnamon buns, and I quote from my other half 'that was the best cheesecake I've ever tasted'. My espresso brownie was pretty awesome too.
Debating whether I can use this as a periodic work space...we'll be back!

We regularly walk our dog through Upper and Lower Gardens in Bournemouth and like to stop half way for an early morning coffee. We are so delighted to have found Fika! I was 'persuaded' into having a fresh cinnamon bun with my latte and, oh my goodness, the best I've EVER tasted and they're vegan! The owner is wonderful and gave an amazing welcome to our dog. So friendly! I love seeing a business with heart and warmth at its soul and this is now going to be our regular stop-over when in Bournemouth. Thank you so much!
