I have ordered from El Murrino many times through Deliveroo. Their pizzas are lovely - really authentic Italian pizzas with delicious, top quality ingredients. Their portions are really good value too, especially if you’re ordering pasta which one portion will comfortably feed two. It’s one of our “go to” takeaways. We even recommend it to our Airbnb guests as we’re that confident they’ll love it as much as we do!

We have visited the restaurant a few times now . Every time we get a warm welcome and we are treated to delicious Italian cuisine . The food is fresh and very testy . I can highly recommend the seafood risotto or spaghetti! Just lovely and so fresh ! My husband loves their spaghetti with meatballs .
They are doing great offers like Tuesday’s 2s ( two mains and wine for £22.22) or kids eat free on Sundays . I used both these offers in past! You definitely get a great value for money .
Also I need to mention the owners of El Murrino : Henry and his brother :-) they are the nicest people who will treat you like a family member and provide excellent customer service for you ! Thanks Guys x A.

Got my pizza delivered, very tasty food and high quality meal. However delivery time was slow and thus the food wasn’t quite piping hot. Despite this I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

This is my third time ordering from el murrino, and after very slow orders the first two times we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. However the pizza took 2 hours to arrive on a Thursday evening, with an estimated arrival time of 40-60 minutes. They clearly take too many orders for what they can cope with and therefore everyone has to wait hours for their delivery.

Whilst down for the weekend we searched local restaurants and read reviews for El Murrino online. Reviews looked good, thought we’d give it a go.. who doesn’t love Italian! Well... I understand it was a busy night however service was slow, pizza had no flavour.. could only taste tomato and cheese was very rubbery.. and to top it off food wasn’t even hot! When brought to staffs attention about our food being luke warm, it took another 10-15 minutes for us to receive it back! Unfortunately for us, this wasn’t an enjoyable evening and quite frankly we couldn’t wait to get back to our hotel to relax like we wanted to and eat proper food! Based on our evening out, unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning.

Excellent and tasty Woodfire pizza. I have ordered Salmone gluten free one, and it was very nice, maybe just a bit saulty, but that’s what you get with a smoked salmon. My friend order buffalo special pizza, and it was spot on. Waiting time is a bit long, however I appreciate that gluten free dough takes longer time. Stuff is very friendly. I defo recommend the place. Thank you guys.

We ordered online it said that it would be a 50 minute wait, which we thought was okay as we had heard good things about this restaurant. The menu offered a wide range of starters, mains and deserts And also catered for people with gluten intolerance ! I was happy to be able to have a gluten free pizza! We had waited around an hour before ringing and was told the order had left the shop and was on route. We then waited another 25 minutes, called again and they said once more it would be with us soon. Although we waited over double the expected time,the pizza was delicious and one of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had. The pizzas tasted really fresh, and could tell they put much effort into it.

Ordered delivery through deliveroo. Waited over 2 hours and the food never came. Numerous phone calls only to have the phone slammed down on us.
At 12:30 am we went to bed hungry and upset. Ruined a perfectly good day.
Now we are in a battle to get our £30 refunded for food we did not receive.
Diliveroo are blaming the restaurant, saying they had delivered it and will not to refund us.
Again we are calling to speak to the restaurant and no one will answer our calls.
I had heard great reviews about this place and was excited to try them. Now I’m gob smacked at what’s happened and having to fight for £30 for food I never received is ridiculously annoying.
Avoid getting a delivery from these is my advice!

El Murrino have without any doubt the best Italian pizza in the UK! Authentic dough and approach to baking which you cannot get in high street chains such as Pizza Express and Ask Italian.I totally love the smoked salmon pizza which is my favourite.. Great value for money and service too.

We ordered a take-away through Deliveroo which I have to say was one of the best Italian meals I have ever tasted!
The meal came really quickly and was nice and hot. We ordered Calzone with Gorgonzola, Lasagne and a BBQ Pulled Pork pizza with extra fries and cheesy garlic bread.
The calzone was the best I have ever had, packed full of cheese and ham and topped with a lovely tomato sauce and basil. The lasagne was a huge portion crammed with beautifully flavoured meat and the pizza had a wonderful base with masses of topping.
Huge well prepared portions left us almost too full to eat our Manhattan Stack and Peanut butter and brownie cheesecake but I’m glad we did .... they were Devine!
There are some lovely restaurants in our home town of York but nothing as delicious as El Murrino!!!

A group of 20 of us went for our monthly lunch outing to this restaurant last Thursday.
It was really good value at 6.99 for a variety of pizza, pasta or salads. Desserts included tiramisu (of course). Food was well cooked and tasty..creamy pasta and nicely thin pizza. Even the salad with chicken looked appetising!
The service was efficient and friendly. A place to be recommended.

Unable to find anywhere to eat on our first night in Bournemouth due to the large number of people taking advantage of the government's eating out scheme we ended up outside El Murrino. Even though the restaurant was only open for takeaway and delivery the staff cleared us a small table on the terrace at the front of the restaurant. Here we had delicious, authentic pizza, spaghetti and a really fresh seafood salad. The staff were friendly and really helpful. They rescued our evening!

Excellent food, very generous portion size. Ordered Carbonara with extra mushrooms and it was delicious, very prompt delivery for a Saturday Evening and food was hot when it arrived. Will definitely be using them again.

Based on their reviews, we made a poor decision of visiting El Murrino’s today. They had an area set up at the Bournemouth Air Show. We were 4 adults, 2 of them young disabled people and paid £120 for a meal and a seat. It may of been considered an air show ‘pop-up’, however they were still operating under the El Murrino name. The ‘food’ when it turned up was of the lowest standard and virtually inedible, a point noticed by the lady who cleared the table and noting how much we had left. A very low standard soggy burger in a box, a very small tub of ice-cream and a drink. The waitress on our table was also very rude throughout our stay. We made our feelings known about the standard of food and service to the lady who appeared to be the manager/supervisor to a very indifferent response. There was no problem with the view we had for the air show , however if we had known we were paying £120 just for a seat we would just of sat on the beach and watched the air show for free as the people 2 feet in front of us were. We are not the sort to complain, but it is a big effort to try and take 2 young disabled people out for the day and try and give them a good time, but we feel thoroughly ripped off by El Murrino today and left before our allotted 2 hours were up and had to take them somewhere else to eat.

After a slight mix up with a previous delivery they put it right with delicious delivery of another pizza.
Great flavour and toppings and they included a free dessert. Prompt delivery. Well done guys / gals. Will definitly order again.
