Visited the restaurant with my family for the first time and ordered our food mostly from the daily specials menu (rather than the printed one). I must say we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and different from what you would normally find in...More

The atmosphere was terrific, decorations, crackers on the table....other groups celebrating Christmas as well as us, indeed, the restaurant was full.... All 12 of us enthused about each of our choices for our meals, the complimentary appetiser....was delicious, and a bonus.... Few had room for...More

I had been meaning to visit this restaurant for a while as it is close to home and came highly recommended by many friends. I was not disappointed and would urge people to be willing to wander from the city to eat here (why not...More

Cold, inhospitable truly awful food. Veal in a lemon, cream and white wine sauce which was like sludge. Vegetable so overcooked they were almost slop. No saving graces whatsoever

Have been to this restaurant before but did not realise there was a change of owners, friendly greeting from front of house and new Polish waiter, disappointing starter of Focaccia bread topped with mozzarella I think it was a pancake mix cooked in a pan!...More

Last night we had a fantastic birthday dinner for my Father-in-Law's 81st birthday. Oliver and his team really looked after us really well. The food and drinks were excellent. There is a comprehensive menu and specials board. For a Wednesday evening the restaurant was busy,...More

This meal was below par in every way: overpriced, over-seasoned, under-portioned food; forgetful and slow service; bland house wine; uncomfortable chair. The menu was interested, and I can't speak for the quality of the pizzas (which most other patrons were eating), but I won't be...More

We had enjoyed this restaurant a few years ago. Now it is so different. Where to start? Poor greeting, menus dropped on table and left, music too loud and dissonant jazz, drinks - my partner ordered orange juice and the waitress poured it from a...More
