Duo has became our favourite patisserie in Toronto. Their pastries are Delicious. it’s made with high quality ingredients, and a nice balance of sweetness. The thing that’s stands them apart from other patisserie is the creativity and passion from their chef that really impressed me. Every details is made with care. The beautiful mirror ganache, perfectly made salted pecan brittle to the decadent chocolate mousse. When put together, a wonderful and beautiful piece of heaven is made.
I must also mention the service is warm and friendly. It’s always a treat to visit.

If you are in a mood for a perfect pastry, this is your bakery! Great variety of croissants and French pastries from seasonal flavours to simply decadent chocolate.
It is also very clean and the people working are very polite and well mannered. Highly recommend!

Crispy crossant and tasty pastry. Not sweet but colourful. Expensive though. Friendly service offers a small area for you to enjoy a piece of pastry and a cup of coffee or tea. The quality of the pastry as well as the tea and coffee is top notch.

Duo is always fantastic. Whether we eat in or take pastries to a gathering, Duo always impresses. Everything is baked the day of, so you know you are getting the freshest selection. Be there early to get the full assortment, but no matter what you choose, you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by around 11am on a Sunday to grab a treat for my daughter’s birthday. Her comment? “My new favorite bakery, we have to come back every time we visit.” Busy place, but line moves efficiently and staff are courteous. Selection is very large, particularly given the high-quality level of the products across the board. Not inexpensive, but legitimate, hand-crafted French delicacies. Worth a trip (or two).

Perfect. Had a delicious Tart Tatin and an excellent espresso. One important tip: don’t come late as some options are out of stock.
There’s a wide variety of cakes, tarts, pastries and beverages. I’ll be back for sure.

"DUO", Richmond Hill's own treasured jewel has taken over the Tim's Horton's 16th Ave/Leslie location and will be opening up ( within 2 weeks time ) a second location - A ' Specialty Cafe' serving gourmet coffees, delectable breads, Viennoise and Italian baked goodies.
( the attached delicious, ultra-crispy and light Focaccia will be one such offerings ).
Also, with 'mango' season upon us, their flagship store has introduced a special ' Mango Cake - Soleil ' - Mint cream, Fresh Mango & Grapefruit compote, Mango cream, White sponge perfumed in Mango & Passionfruit , Mango cremeux.

This place has the most amazing selection of sweet and savory treats. I got the ham and cheese croissant, it was so very good. I also got a lemon tart I have tried yet, presentation is beautiful. All the food looks so nice. Price is good for the quality and service. There is a small seating area but was to crowed to stay during my visit. I will go back to try the coffee and other offering's!!

The atmosphere is very happy: you can tell. The bakery smells incredible, the pastries smell like nothing I've ever smelled in my whole life ever, and it tastes so good! Some of them have caffeine, so if you don't like caffeine, don't take it. But to me, caffeine tastes AND smells good. It was very crispy for the pastries. This place is my favourite patisserie place. There are so many different choices! Also, the pastries are there, right in front of you!

We know you are short staffed and busy, most clients clear their table when finished but when the clients don't do it, that table sits uncleared for 2 hrs (or more...) So maybe a notice to ask everyone to clear their tables would be nice esp a reminder for the inconsiderate few, esp since you have limited seating.
Todays cappuccino was nice foamy as always but luke warm, NOT Nice. My husbands London fog was so luke warm, it did not allow the flavour of the teabag to seep thru, we had to go back to ask for HOT water !!! to add to the lukewarm tea!!! Definitely NOT Nice esp considerating the price of this tea. IF the water has not boiled don't make the tea.
Pay attention to these details, you are loosing yr regular clients..

As expected, croissants we tried were as good as the ones you get in France. Buttery soft inside and flaky and crispy on the outside. The bakery is rather on the small side with only a few tables for seating. My only complaint is that I thought prices for some of the pastry were a bit inflated considering its location in north of Toronto. On a side note, we were there on a Saturday afternoon and parking spaces were really hard to find.

Such a pleasure to find a patisserie in Richmond Hill! Everything that we have sampled was delicious. So happy to have it not too far from home. I hope and pray that they will keep this high quality, and will not get too greedy.

I highly recommend their croissants & cakes especially Mont Blanc Chestnut Cake. Mont Blanc is really delicious...not too sweet either! You can also ask them to heat up the croissant. Great atmosphere, clean, vast selections available. They're closed on Monday. A great place to have a coffee date or hang out with friends! Thumbs up!!! Arrive early as their items are sold out quick by mid/late afternoon specially during weekends. Pictures attached. Enjoy guys!

Duo patisserie always have the best tasting cakes. There's so many flavours in them and made very nicely. The pastry are fresh and tastes really good as well. Atmosphere is quiet and nice. Cute little space to hang out. It's a tad pricey for the serving size, but overall I really recommend this place.

In a bealutiful little bakery.... in a strip mall!
Apparently, Duo makes the best croissants in gta— I would say they are delicious and I’m super happy I don’t have to go downtown to get them! Yum...Buttery and flaky.
Also had one with roast beef- terrific
Had the smoked salmon quiche one day for lunch- yum
Had the mango creme puff another time— exquisite
This is a feast for the eyes and tastebuds, presentation is perfect!
the quality of everything I’ve had there is first rate.
