Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

While visiting Auckland I went walking and came across this obviously popular Cafe, judging by the full tables at 10 in the morning. I returned the next morning and had the omelette which was delicious. The Vietnamese flavors were great and the omelette was generously...filled. Good coffee, good service, so I returned two days later to double check. Yum. The pho also looked beautiful. Next time hopefully.More

Exquisite food, great service , not pretentious - Josy is a winner! We go regularly and love cafe and brunch culture. Every experience we have had here has been stunning. I think it is priced well and rivals any top cafe.

Our family live up the Road from this cafe and have been frequenting for several years. Recently renamed Josy it used to be called Occam. It’s really friendly, great food and coffee and large delicious sones. Casual and homely. Love it here.

My bf and I were just driving around looking for a place to get a quick breakfast and coffee before visiting MOTAT and passed by this place, so decided to stop and give it a try. Thank goodness we did!! It exceeded our expectations and...we would definitely come back and 100% recommend this place. Their menu is pretty diverse (they serve breakfast and lunch), their service is excellent, and their food is perfect.More

What a wonderful surprise to have this lovely spot to have brunch. Two of us ordered the salmon Benedict, one the bacon Benedict and a scrambled egg with avocado and toast. All were tasty and delicious. The salmon was crispy on one side and tender...but not overdone on the other. What a find!More

Always keen to try new places, our recent trip to Grey Lynn presented the latest opportunity. At midday we passed a corner cafe with ample outdoor seating that caught our attention. My wife, our 1 year old and I ambled up to enjoy a late...brunch and a few treats. Service was prompt and they brought quite an epic high chair for our girl (not like these rickety wooden ones you sometimes get). The atmosphere was good, the design and feel is cool with lots of hanging plants outside. From the broad selection we ordered the pancakes with mascarpone and fresh fruit to share. Such great flavours. My iced coffee had quality ice cream and my wife’s almond milk smoothie was really good. Do try it.More

We have driven past this cafe for years but were pleasantly surprised when we stopped to check it out. The premise is large although it is somewhat separated into areas that make it feel homely and delivers a friendly ambiance. The good menus options (breakfast...or lunch) turned into wonderfull food that mixed flavours that were exciting and new to us. Indoor and out door seating options are available. In short great food and coffee and wonderful service, thank youMore
